Delivery not the fastest and Watch came in the wrong box which I'm not thrilled about. Good price though. Not sure I'd use again to be honest.

When I purchased the pink watch (present for my daughter) on line a discount code was given and I was unable to use this code during my purchase. I was disappointed, this watch was chosen, so I carried on

Good selection of watches. Good price. Poor packaging (First was display box in a jiffy bag, then a plastic mail bag. Replacement was large box with the display box rattling inside, no bubble wrap). Had to get replacement for first as dial was misaligned. Paid for insured return with no reimbursement. Return watch had good alignment but still had a scratch that needed to be polished out. But after this the watch is great.

Fast and speedy service. However when I received my purchase (Vivienne Westwood watch) it has dust all over the face and bracelet of the watch. Was not happy with this as it was an Anniversary present.

Competent, nothing special. Ordered an oris aquis. Good price. Arrived like any mail order package. No offer to size bracelet , no follow up. Bit Disappointing compared with multiple other watch purchases

I purchased a ladies Longines watch recently. Your website advised if any alterations were required to amend the size of the bracelet strap to use the provided paper size guide. I did this immediately after placing my order via an email as there was no facility in the order process to include at the time of ordering. I received a confirmation email of my order and then a subsequent email to advise that you were unable to undertake any alterations to the bracelet as my order had already been dispatched and that I would have to male my own arrangements, i.e. take the watch to another jewellers to be adjusted. Appalling service especially when you’re spending a lot of money. The watch was a present for a significant Birthday and I did not need the inconvenience of getting the job done myself. Very disappointed.

Theres no measurement review with the wrist during the purchase. And I have to find a way to adjust it since theres no branch near me. Just really annoying. And initially theres an option for klarna, the next day that I decided to buy the watch. Its gone.

Did not send advertised and paid for watch but a 3 year old used watch same watch wrong strap and missing parts did have garantee card stamped from 2016. I now have the watch but needed assistance from watch manufacturer who sent watch direct to myself hence rating only 3 stars i put this incident down to a one off issue I hope.

Placed an online order to click and collect in store, very happy with purchase but no contact to say my order had arrived and this is not the first time. My order was presented in a box but no gift bag included which is most disappointing as this is a gift. In store service is very good but online needs much improvement.

I used the online live chat system on the website a couple of times and there was always someone available and they were helpful. The package arrived within the expected time and was dealt with securely-I received update emails as well regarding where my package was and the status of it. The negative points are that there was far too much packaging for the size of the item-in this day and age companies should be looking to reduce the amount of packaging they use. I know the idea is to protect the item, but still. Also, I wasn't too impressed that, with the amount of money I was spending, I had to ring up to request an authentication certificate, which had been mentioned on the website but wasn't included with the item. I am also not very convinced with the quality of the certificate I have actually received and so may be having to take the earrings to an independent jeweller to confirm the authentication provided by Chisholm Hunter.

Good morning and thank you for your valuable feedback. Due to the huge variance in sizes of items that we sell, unfortunately we cannot have a box to fit every item and we have tried to choose boxes that fit the majority of items without too much waste. We have recently changed all our packaging to make sure it is fully recyclable as well. All our certification's for our diamonds are in-house certifications carried out by our expert jewellers with over 100 years combined experience. We do this in-house so we do not have to pay for independent certification and we can pass the savings onto the customer in our products. I paid for express delivery but item did not arrive on time. My wife received her wedding anniversary present from the post office when she went in to collect the missed parcel the day after our anniversary.

The jewellery is beautiful but I thought the hoop was bigger, It would have helped if I had gotten all the measurements of the diameter in order for me to give a 5 star rating x

I felt my online order was timely and had I not made a phone call I’m not sure it would have been processed as took over a week. Then I had a mix up with collection. However I did eventually get my ring which I love.

I ordered the watch with the promise of a watch wider which 2 weeks later I still do not have. This has effected my scoring. Other than that the service has been fine. I had to wait 2 hours to get my links removed which also wasnt on par with other jewellers service.

Ordered a Oris Divers watch which is beautiful. Was advertised with a free £200 Watch Winder which never turned up on delivery. Ive spoken to the store numerious times and been told their out of stock and been given a different dates when they will be back in every time ive rang. Your website states they are in stock yet you still tell me you have none. Surely one of your other stores would have one. Any way still waiting been over 3 weeks now so not that happy with my experience. After spending a lot of money with you.
