Ordered a £1600.00 watch online and picked it up at the Falkirk branch. When it was brought out to me it was handed to me in the box. I had to ask to try it on. They did takeout links to suit my wrist size within the hour which was good, however the "free" watch winder was out of stock and the girl took my number and advised that it should in within a few days and that she would phone me when it was in. After nearly 2 weeks without any call, I visited the store where the girl apologised for not phoning me but advised that the watch winder was out of stock and that it would be "weeks" before I would receive it ! I love the watch but my experience hasn't been great.

Prior to purchasing a pendant, I contacted CH to ask the size of the pendant. No size on the website. Info given was misleading. Pendant was half the size stated by CH representatives on “chat” when it arrived. Insufficient info on items on website

Service was OK. Purchased a RADO watch for my daughter; had to drive to Nottingham to collect as this was the only way they would make an adjustment to the strap.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered online for delivery to collect in store and found the customer service sadly lacking. I did not receive an email to say my delivery was actually in the store or nor was I contacted by phone to say I could collect therefore left wondering where my order was.

Price of the item was good, however sending a >£2k watch in a mailing bag with no protection was an unwelcome surprise... Must do better, boxes aren't that expensive!
