Excellent price, but pre dispatch inspection poor, as the watch was not working and had to be returned for a replacement which I am still waiting for, one week later!

Only received two out of the four Thomas Sabo charms ordered. Told out of stock after order so made the two charms more expensive with the delivery charge

The Zenith is my dream chronograph, that cost me an arm and a leg. The watch case is gorgeous. I expected no less. The strap was disappointingly short for my very average wrist. It barely reached, it embarrassed me. This will not happen with a £30 Casio. I had to return the watch I bought, all the way from the Midlands to Glasgow. I am gutted. Having vented my dismay, I am grateful to Megan who is taking care of my case. The after sales customer service has been excellent so far. Megan ordered a replacement strap from the parent company. I might still fall in love with my Zenith, despite tripping over the first hurdle. I reserve judgement until the watch is back on my wrist.

I ordered a watch to collect from our local store. Unfortunately, I wasn’t emailed to say it had been dispatched and no-one contacted me to let me know the watch had arrived. I chased the order and found out then it was waiting for collection. Better communication would have been good.

We purchased an expensive ruby and diamond bangle for a special birthday. The product was excellent and delivery was prompt. My only complaint is we purchased through Topcashback which was advertised as a good % cashback. However, today, a couple if months, chisholm Hunter have not honoured the Topcashback offer, very disappointing.

Very speedy delivery of watch, but despite offering a sizing service & a downloadable template, there is no way to actually do this on line. So....a quick call to the Customer Service line was made & a firm promise to size it pre delivery made. Of course, it arrived without being sized & to add insult to injury the quality card had the sizing box ticked as done. A local Chisholm Hunter store graciously did this for me but in these difficult times a simply unnecessary journey was made to do it. A poor effort. Nice service in store though.

More than happy with the purchase and the discount but a little disappointed that the warranty wasn’t activated and it took 5 calls to sort it out after being promised that the Falkirk Shop would call me back.

Received watch on time. Box was damaged and it took them 2 weeks to send a new one because they "forgot".

The watch we received had a flat battery and the box it came in looked old and tatty. As a result we picked up a replacement at the Manchester store. This time it was in a nice new box.

I was a little disappointed how a £270 pair of cuff links were posted out in shabby ripped bubble wrapped envelope, I emailed but no one got back to me.

Positive: Friendly Staff / item received in good order / competitive price. Negative: Lack of communication about delivery progress especially when it’s related to delays. Incomplete paper work in relation to the associated warranty certificate.
