“This is the 3rd time I have ordered online for delivery to collect in store and found the customer service sadly lacking. I did not receive an email to say my delivery was actually in the store or nor was I contacted by phone to say I could collect therefore left wondering where my order was.”

“After speaking with with an online advisor that our blue light discount card wasnt available for our Tag Heur purchase we were given a discount code even though Tag were not a discount brand, nice gesture, I chose to collect from store in Livingston. They were helpful in altering the bracelet to size. Great experience throughout purchase.”
