“All items I ordered showed on the website in stock. I ordered on a Sunday but on Wed I received a call to say one item wasn’t in stock and to pick an alternative. The item still showed in stock on the website though. I was told the alternative would arrive next day. It did not. When it did arrive on Friday I wasn’t home as I waited in all day Thu. When I collected it on Saturday the in stock item was not with it. I then had to drive to a store which was a 45 mile round trip to get it on time (it was a birthday gift) as this was the only place it was in stock.”

“Recently bought a diamond ring online it was advertised as half price so was ready prepared to send back if not up to standard but was delighted when the ring arrived it Looks so much better than what was advertised absolutely love it ❤️”

“Watch supplied did not work properly failed regularly at night so it was returned to your Kingston branch after approximately three weeks Mr. Sinead accepted the receipt of the watch and another two weeks took him to say that it has been sent to Longines. I have no watch yet. I want compensation for all the inconvenience and having no value for money I paid initially for the purchase price of the watch.”

“Price of the item was good, however sending a >£2k watch in a mailing bag with no protection was an unwelcome surprise... Must do better, boxes aren't that expensive!”

“I purchased a relatively expensive watch, which was priced at the thick end of £1000. The watch arrived in some bubble wrap with a Royal Mail bag wrapped around it. Inside was a beaten up Longines box, which had the wrong labels and instruction manual inside. The customer support team sent a new box after trying to explain that this is ‘just’ the outer box. This is fine if the purchase is for yourself. But for a special present, you’d like to think a pristine outer box wasn’t too much to ask for. Either way, the watch is nice and now so is the outer packaging. Just a shame they couldn’t get it right first time.”
