I purchased a watch as a present for delivery directly to the recipient. Instead they sent it to me, even though I had specified a different shipping address. I emailed the company and no response, so I had to spend a further £8 on extra shipping myself. On a separate note I popped into one of their stores at the weekend in Kingston Upon Thames to see if they had a Tudor Black Bay Bronze in. I spoke to a rude sales assistant with an attitude. I was told I could leave a 50% non refundable deposit on the watch if I wanted to see it. Although she said she has no idea when they will have one in. It's a shame they have such silly staff as store was really nice with a great range of watches and jewellery.

Ordering from their website was very easy and they kept me informed of my order status. The item I ordered was received well packed and with no faults. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Initially some issue with online purchase as actually unable to deliver even though selected and paid for delivery. Myself who had to follow up order and only then advised would need to travel to Glasgow from Liverpool to collect. Sharon who provided customer support was excellent and accommodating, same can't be said for a director who nearly lost a sale for a couple of grand over £26 travel costs. Overall good experience and definetly made up by Sharon. Product was excellently priced and what was expected. Ironically just looking at next purchase.

Bought a watch from this excellent jewelers-Item arrived within one working day, free postage & the packaging was excellent throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent jewelers-It is just a pity that we don't have a branch here in Newcastle!

My second watch purchase of a watch within a year. The first a citizen promaster navihawk which did not arrive as stated, after many calls which I was changed at premium rate I was told someone mistakenly forgot to send it out and when I did receive the watch it came with a incorrect box for a lesser model which I only found out at a later date. My second purchase a Longines heritage military had marks on polished case which I had to Re-box and send back and wait for a replacement. I did get my postage credited.

I paid first class recorded delivery, only to have to pay the same amount again at the post office as Christopher Hunter didn’t cover any of the postage costs. Not only that but I order first class recorded for a reason and it was delivered 2 days late! Also I emailed the customer service team and didn’t get a single reply. Not good enough when I spend over £80 with you!
