“Excellent service. Ordered online and watch arrived before expected date. Luckily we didn't buy the same watch seen at a competitor's store only the day before at full price. Was able to buy this in the sale with a further 10% off meaning we saved over £500. Also very friendly and helpful staff at Manchester Arndale store when we took it in for the strap to be altered.”

“Ordered a watch online and collected in store. Opened the item upon arriving home and it was damaged. The customer service received from both the store and online was appalling. Would not recommend Chisholm hunter and certainly won’t be back after this experience.”
