“I had waited for this watch for the last few months, I was told it would be another few weeks. I noticed chisholm Hunter had the watch and when I spoke to the assistant she was very helpful. I received the watch two days later, I'm thrilled!!”

“I actually purchased my ring on line, I loved a particular ring but it looked like it had black enamel a point’s around the cluster...I got to live chat to your rep and they advised it was just an illusion so I made my purchase😀”

“Worst service I have encountered in terms of delivery. Promised delivery for a certain date and charged for this, but never happened. Online team promising things which phone team said they shouldn't have. Different answers with every call. Miscommunication on another level.”

“Ordered a watch for my sons 21s. Spoke on the live chat about delivery time. I was told to email my delivery number once order was placed and they would ensure it was sent straight out. It arrived the next day. The price was £200 cheaper than the Tissot web site. Quality watch Quality service Quality price.”
