Hi Ranjith, Your refund would have been processed the day we received your return. Unfortunately, you created a dispute case in PayPal that prevents us from refunding the order. We notified you about this issue on the day you raised the dispute. This is the reason you have not received a refund. Until you cancel the PayPal dispute, we will not be able to process your refund. “I actually purchased my ring on line, I loved a particular ring but it looked like it had black enamel a point’s around the cluster...I got to live chat to your rep and they advised it was just an illusion so I made my purchase😀”

“Worst service I have encountered in terms of delivery. Promised delivery for a certain date and charged for this, but never happened. Online team promising things which phone team said they shouldn't have. Different answers with every call. Miscommunication on another level.”

“Ordered a watch for my sons 21s. Spoke on the live chat about delivery time. I was told to email my delivery number once order was placed and they would ensure it was sent straight out. It arrived the next day. The price was £200 cheaper than the Tissot web site. Quality watch Quality service Quality price.”
