“We visited the Silverburn store today for an engagement ring for my partner. The service we received from Evelyn was fantastic. She even guessed my partners ring size first time. We were shown a wide range of rings, before we made our choice. Evelyn even selected a perfect wedding band for me (which matches my engagement ring perfectly) to try on. It’s gorgeous, and we will definitely be returning to the store to buy it once we have set a wedding date. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff for their excellent customer service.”

“Your refund process takes too long (and I’m still waiting) especially when I’ve paid additional postage for secure delivery. Megan replied to my query about this via your website and I also spoke to her over the phone confirming you have received the item and was waiting for your accountant to process the refund. Very poor service and reading the comments others have or are experiencing the same issue.”

“I had waited for this watch for the last few months, I was told it would be another few weeks. I noticed chisholm Hunter had the watch and when I spoke to the assistant she was very helpful. I received the watch two days later, I'm thrilled!!”
