“Purchased a bracelet on line and organised to pick this up in their Glasgow store however this was sent to another one. Following many emails the bracelet was sent to the correct store. I have purchased several items from Chisholm and Hunter in the past and have had great service. However the service I received during this purchase was not good and would make me look at other jewellers in future.”

“I ordered a very special birthday gift for my mother and it was to be delivered Wednesday. I heard nothing and she is 80 today and when I contacted their “help” desk I was told the mail will be back on track in a more leisurely manner AFTER Christmas and my mother would get her present NEXT THURSDAY. I’m in Canada and now I’ve sent her nothing. I’ll NEVER trust Chisholm Hunter again. So upset and angry”
