“Purchased a bracelet on line and organised to pick this up in their Glasgow store however this was sent to another one. Following many emails the bracelet was sent to the correct store. I have purchased several items from Chisholm and Hunter in the past and have had great service. However the service I received during this purchase was not good and would make me look at other jewellers in future.”

“I ordered a very special birthday gift for my mother and it was to be delivered Wednesday. I heard nothing and she is 80 today and when I contacted their “help” desk I was told the mail will be back on track in a more leisurely manner AFTER Christmas and my mother would get her present NEXT THURSDAY. I’m in Canada and now I’ve sent her nothing. I’ll NEVER trust Chisholm Hunter again. So upset and angry”

“Received a pocket watch that only opened by 70° making it difficult to use. I returned for a refund. The refund took weeks and was only sent after I had written a Trustpilot review. This delay was apparently due to an investigation that should have taken 2-3 days. I was not sent any conclusion to this investigation. I am now struggling to get my return postage refunded even though promised via email. This performance by Chisholm is certainly not one I would be proud of. I can't see any reason why a company would behave in this way, other than not caring about their customers.”

“Placed an order for three of an item, what was delivered was one with delivery note showing three having been checked and signed against. Immediately phoned and was assured that the other two would be with us by the Monday, Tuesday at the latest. We didn’t get the other two until the Friday delivered by the Post Office. Made numerous calls as the parcel wasn’t picked up until late Monday afternoon. Very disappointed in service Jim Hutchison”
