“Awful service! From being told at point of purchase I could return or exchange an item, to then reading the policy on a printed receipt (none of which is stated on the email receipt) that you can only exchange for store credit. Long story short I was told under no circumstances will they refund, this should reall be clearly stated on all receipts if not on a giant sign at the shop door”

“Just disappointed they do not do refunds I received a bracelet from my husband but it was to small and did not need anything else was told under NO CIRCUMSTANCES they give refunds”

“I ordered a ring from this company for my granddaughter for Christmas, so couldn’t review before. She was really pleased with the design and finish. I was really pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the ring when it arrived. I would have no qualms about ordering from them again.”

“I purchased a watch that didn’t work so took it to your shop in Leeds they had it over night still didn’t work so had to send it to your work shop in Scotland you were supposed to send me pre paid envelope or parcel so I could send it back that never came your workshop said there’s no movement on the watch and it’s got to go to the suppliers for them to have a look at so you couldn’t offer me a refund or exchange watch so not very happy with service at all”

“I ordered earrings online, if i ordered them on monday 12th december they would arrive by thursday 16th, i was going to my daughters on 17th. They didnt arrive til 20th december. Changed delivery address to my neighbour. These were a xmas present, so i wasnt very pleased. I managed to get the item at one of your shops Wont be ordering again Lilian McGregor”
