“Went with my partner Jack to pick my own engagement ring Saturday 5th February in Glasgow (branch 3 I think). We were both quite nervous and excited as we weren’t sure what to expect but Jean was amazing. She made us feel more relaxed and was very knowledgable about the different cuts etc. Jean was very patient and encouraged me to try on lots of different styles to find the one which I really loved. She was chatty and friendly and we can’t thank her enough for all her help! Excellent customer service and the whole experience was very special, so thanks again Jean!”

“I ordered on line a garnet pendant for my 80yo sisters birthday, what arrived was a pair of garnet earrings, however my local shop in falkirk helped and swapped for pendant, very helpful so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for them, I ordered on line to save going to the shop, but had to in the end”

“Ordered Christmas present which never arrived. Wasn’t til I chased it they told me out of stock when ordered. After speaking to customer service they dispatched a new one. When would that have happened/I got a refund if I hadn’t checked?”

“Shockingly bad experience with this jewellers, appalling lack of customer service and 4 months with no outcome or ring returned. According to them “a hair or a thread” can damage a £1k diamond ring…..I certainly won’t be using again”
