“What a product and what a team. Firstly, my first t shirt arrived was the best fit I have ever had but there was still room fit perfection. I called the team and I sent a photo of me wearing it and we agreed on the minor alterations to make. So, the next one will come and be an improvement on original and likely become my template build. Once I confirm I am happy, they will send my other colour. This business is so far ahead of its time; it is applying LEAN manufacturing principles with an AGILE iterative product approach making me the Product Owner. I LOVE IT, this speaks to my heart, you care, you deliver and you improve. Let me assure you, you will like my Lifetime customer value!!!”

“I love love love the idea behind it, the process takes a while to nail the fit (I should have started with the fabric swatches, only got them after the first t shirt). I'll only be buying future plain tees from Citizen Wolf - now that I know the fit and the difference in fabrics (merino and 180GSM cotton are the winners for me).”
