I’ve purchased 2 shirts from CW. First was perfect (3/4 sleeve, V neck, hemp). Second is turtleneck, long sleeve, 220g cotton. I’m not as happy with that one but I think it’s the lack of stretch in the fabric. Neck and forearms are a bit tight. But still satisfactory and I’ll buy again.

Quality on first inspection and first wear seems great. A nice design with a pocket. The 'magic fit' is good around the chest and shoulders but seems to have missed its mark a little around the neck (a bit wide/loose) and around the stomach & waist (a bit loose and 'flappy). I will give it another try and see if the magician can wave the wand a little more in these other places! :-)

I’m not one to write anything negative about anyone, so I will just say that for the first time since buying Citizen Wolf clothing, this latest experience has been the poorest with performance. Don’t get me wrong, your staff are lovely, but from the very initial purchase where I could not get the required discount for 3 items because I used my $50 birthday voucher things went backwards. I was also unable ,at the shop outlet , to use a $50 pre paid credit card to offset the purchase. Then I specifically asked to change the delivery address from my old work place. And yes, that’s where the 1st T Shirt went.. then I was asked to ring them and send it naxk( not exactly correct protocol). After a follow up email back to your company I was told they had been contacted and it would be taken care of. Still Two or more weeks later, I had to email again as the still have not received it. Not sure if it was cut again or it finally got returned, but it did eventually arrive. This was 6 weeks from purchase Now 8 weeks later I’m still waiting for the final two. I do appreciate things can go wrong and I don’t want the staff to cop to much blame, but would anyone be happy with this experience? Hopefully it arrives, from what was a birthday gift to myself, now for Christmas. Regards David

Hey David, Thanks for your feedback. Your remaining Tees are completed and will be posted via Express Post, tomorrow. As is generally the case with discount codes, you can only apply 1 code per purchase. Customers are welcome to contact us, if they have any issues with discount codes and we are happy to make adjustments, if needed. As we mentioned in our previous email correspondence, we're so sorry that you're Tees went to your old address, and that it took time to try and retrieve the items. That's why we sent you a $30 Gift Card to apologise and say thank you for your patience. Often people know who best to contact at their previous address, so it can be quicker for them to reach out. However, we were happy to contact your former workplace, and we tried on multiple occasions to see if the garments had been or could be returned. Our garments are all custom-made, and our ethos is all about sustainable practice, through minimising waste and reducing our carbon footprint. So, we were trying to get your original garments to you. Of course, we were happy to remake them, when that wasn't possible. We're sorry again, for the delay, and we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.

Very happy with my long sleeve - good fit and quality. However, points lost as I'm still waiting for my t-shirt to arrive after 3 weeks.

Hey Amelia, Thanks for your feedback. With first orders, we send 1 Tee first for you to try on for fit. If any changes are needed, we'll take care of that free of charge, then apply those changes to the rest of your order to make sure they're all perfect. We send out a Fit Confirmation email when we complete your first garment, and wait to hear from customers for confirmation of fit before we proceed. Now, that we know you're happy with the fit, we've begun working on your remaining garments 🙂

Fitting process can be tricky because its all custom, but they do offer free resizing which is great and the cutting and shipping was quick

Purchased a shirt, took ages but they finally got back to me on how to move forward and have the shirt fixed for my shape. Received the new one but still needs adjustment which I am yet to submit as I only received it Friday. Happy

I am very pleased with my shirt. I am not pleased that I have been emailing you to find out why my 20% won’t apply to my next 3 tee shirts order and not had a reply. You did find the time to email me to remind me my order was y filled though. Some issues need fixed here.

I live in tshirts cause collars look weird in me. Love the boat neck 3/4 sleeves. Find full length sleeves are a little tight in the forearm on the heavier fabrics. Always forget to ask for extra ease! Although CW are veryaccommodating when I do.

Impressed by the company. I messed up my measurements and they sent an improved fit back straight away. Hopefully the shirt has good longevity :)

Love my t-shirts. Finally able to get exactly the look I am after, and the fit is great. The only thing stopping a 5-star review is I would like a larger range of colour choices, the range was fairly limited. Otherwise, love it. I'm ordering again.
