“A good safe driver on the 2.8.15, not so good on the 8.8.15. He looked very tired and I had to ask him to stop reading messages on his mobile phone while driving at speed on the motorway! Otherwise a good service.”

“Excellent service. Flight was 1 hour late. No problem. He was there. As a courtesy, I did notify company via a-mail from airplane that we would have a late arrival. Vehicle was very clean and new with excellent air conditioning. Although drive spoke little English, there was no communication problem. I have two more pick-ups arranged with this company and will always use them on my trips to Roma.”

“I actually had the wrong date on my confirmation and did not catch it. I did not see my driver waiting at the airport and called the emergency number, angry that they did not meet me. They pointed out that my date was wrong, but sent a taxi for me anyway. They saved me from my own carelessness, and even got me to my hotel on time to meet my party. Well done!”
