“I have two important comments: first, when I made the reservation and chose to pay the driver, although, I provided my credit card number, no one told me that this would have to be cash. I hardly had any money with me and was lucky enough that I had enough to cover the ride (very uncomfortable); two - I was told there would be someone waiting for me outside with a plate with my name. I provided the flight number and the details. Well, as I got off, there was nobody. After a while of some waiting, I decided to call up the number and was told I should go to the meeting point, in another terminal. In summary, I should have been told this from the beginning and this would have prevented me from waiting as well as spending money on an international phone call.”

“The car broke down on its way to pick us up, and they had to find another. We were a bit worried on arrival as we could not see anyone carrying our name. Fortunately I found an emergency number on the voucher and could telephone, and was told what was the problem. The driver met us, and waited together with us for the other car to arrive. Apart from that, the driver and the car was quite OK. Picked us up on time when we left Lisbon and drove us safely back to the airport.”
