“Everything was excellent. Got a phone call from them to inquire about our arrival time since we were late. -The only thing that wasn't clear was we arrived 30 minutes late and we were charged an extra 15 euros - I think that was a fair price, I just didnt understand that was the policy. The website said the driver would wait up to an hour, but it wasn't clear that we would be charged if we were late. Otherwise, everything went perfectly. I would use them again but I would like to know what the charges would be if we were 5 minutes late, 15, 30 minutes, etc.”

“Super friendly driver, he was already waiting for us when we arrived with our flight. And was really flexible that we could have some time to arrange a sim card at the airport as well as some food. His driving was very good and safe. Overall super happy.”

“Our driver was waiting at arrivals with a big welcoming smile on his face which was a great introduction to Croatia. The car was lovely and really clean, driver friendly. We had the same driver on the return journey and again his smiling face was lovely to see. Wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.”

“They were impeccable. Met at the exit of airside at near to midnight, straight to the vehicle, very pleasant and professional driver who literally walked me to the door of my accommodation (on a no-drive street). And no haggling or inflation re the pre-agreed price.”

“100% positive experience. Flight arrived early but driver was still there waiting on us. My wife is disabled and the driver couldn't have been anymore helpful. The car was perfect and had excellent air conditioning. Cheaper than an uber, will definitely be using them again.”

“Booking on line was very simple. Received confirmation right away. Had to make a change in our pick up time, that was processed quickly with confirmation received within the hour. The drive arrived on time, was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was roomy, comfy and clean. Highly recommend this Company.”

“2nd year using this company and again cant fault them. Driver waiting for us on arrival and was pleasant and helpful. Our return was exactly the same, driver was early and greeted us with a smile. There was a mistake on booking form for collection going home it was the same as flight time,but when I contacted company the chap was more than happy to change it.”

“Book a taxi is super easy, fast respons and confirmation. Taxi driver did contact me the evening before the day I needed the taxi ride to check on me and my booked ride. She was spot on on time, even before the confirmed pick up time. Second time with City Airport Taxis and again a super experience with their service. Booked ride: Vilamoura to Faro Airport Portugal.”
