“Our flight was delayed for 4 hours. Phone calls to report this in the U.K. and when we arrived in Italy were dealt with in a very helpful and sympathetic manner. The driver Valentino had been to the airport twice to try to locate us and when we finally arrived he was very helpful and took us to the airport supermarket for some supplies as by that time the local supermarkets would have been closed when we got to our destination. He is a very safe driver and doesn't drive too fast unlike lots of taxi drivers. We would like to request him if we book through your company again. Many Thanks.”

“I needed a taxi from Lille to Bruges due to the Belgium national rail strike. The booking process was efficient and clear. I received a phone call from the Lille taxi company 10 minutes before the Eurostar train arrived giving me clear instructions as to where to wait for the taxi and what the registration number and make and colour of the taxi. The taxi was a luxurious Mercedes and the driver was professional and friendly and we had a lovely conversation with me using my limited French and his limited English. The driver knew his way and dropped us off outside the hotel in Brugges 45 minutes later. Not bad for a 46 mile drive. I cannot praise the service I received anymore than perfect and excellent.”

“The driver was Ok, he was waiting for us at the airport with our name written on a paper. the van was comfortable. For our trip back to the airport, the driver was waiting for us at the corner of the nearby street as our street was pedestrian; he was very kind and he even gave my grandchildren some sweets. “Excellent service - i booked the taxi fro my son and his friends who were going for a weeknd break to celebrate his 18th birthday. It was the 1st time he had been away on his own so naturally i was nervous about the trip and worried about the taxi pick up and drop off. However the service exceeded my expectations, the booking process was simple and straight forward and i recieved a confirmation email immediatley with simple easy and clear incstructions. When my son got to the airport the lady driver was waiting at the front with a plaque with my sons name, was extrem,ly polite and friendly, with a lovely car which really made my sons day as he loves Audis. On the return leg again it was the same driver and i was worried about when they may turn up but again this exceeded my expectations, the driver turned up early and made sure my son was at the airport on time to check out. Overall a fantastic service, great value for money, safe and most importantly reliable. Will definatley be using this service again when i am in Barcelona and would highly recommned City Airport Taxis”
