“Our flight was delayed for 4 hours. Phone calls to report this in the U.K. and when we arrived in Italy were dealt with in a very helpful and sympathetic manner. The driver Valentino had been to the airport twice to try to locate us and when we finally arrived he was very helpful and took us to the airport supermarket for some supplies as by that time the local supermarkets would have been closed when we got to our destination. He is a very safe driver and doesn't drive too fast unlike lots of taxi drivers. We would like to request him if we book through your company again. Many Thanks.”

“I needed a taxi from Lille to Bruges due to the Belgium national rail strike. The booking process was efficient and clear. I received a phone call from the Lille taxi company 10 minutes before the Eurostar train arrived giving me clear instructions as to where to wait for the taxi and what the registration number and make and colour of the taxi. The taxi was a luxurious Mercedes and the driver was professional and friendly and we had a lovely conversation with me using my limited French and his limited English. The driver knew his way and dropped us off outside the hotel in Brugges 45 minutes later. Not bad for a 46 mile drive. I cannot praise the service I received anymore than perfect and excellent.”
