“Your delivery service was terrible. When I placed my order on 24 May, I was told that the delivery would be made on 28 May and I planned ahead to make myself home on 28 May. On 27 May, without any notification, I received any email telling me that the delivery was attempted but I was not there. There was no phone call, nothing, not to mention the delivery was done on 27 May, not the 28th as planned. On 28 May I therefore was forced to ask for a re-delivery on 5 Jun and I paid $5.5. However, on 5 Jun, I had been waiting for the whole day and again no delivery was made. At the evening I tried my luck to see if I could pick it up from the transit point and I finally collected it directly from the transit point. So I paid $5.5 for nothing, and your delivery team didn't do anything, it was a terrible experience considering the purchase I made was almost $200!”
