Hi there, I recently purchased the Amino Nutrition 100% Pure Magnesium Glycinate Powder 1kg. It was my first time on your website; I was checking out the NutriVital Magnesium Glycinate 400g which I intended to buy two of, I’ve bought it several times from my local health food store, and it’s a great product. But I spotted the Amino Nutrition 1kg Magnesium, and thought I’d try it; seeing as on the bag it says it’s “Pure Magnesium.” I really wanted the product to be good, I really did. I never write negative reviews, but on this occasion I have to because I had such a bad experience with this product! I’ve been Carnivore for 3 years and in the best health of my life, but this product played havoc with my system me for two weeks, I won’t go into all the details, suffice to say it messed with my microbiome big time! When you mix the powder into a glass of water, what is that incredibly sweet granulated substance that forms at the bottom of the glass?! There’s something not quite right about it, that’s for sure. After 3 days I stopped using the product, but it took some for my system to go back to normal.

Your delivery service was terrible. When I placed my order on 24 May, I was told that the delivery would be made on 28 May and I planned ahead to make myself home on 28 May. On 27 May, without any notification, I received any email telling me that the delivery was attempted but I was not there. There was no phone call, nothing, not to mention the delivery was done on 27 May, not the 28th as planned. On 28 May I therefore was forced to ask for a re-delivery on 5 Jun and I paid $5.5. However, on 5 Jun, I had been waiting for the whole day and again no delivery was made. At the evening I tried my luck to see if I could pick it up from the transit point and I finally collected it directly from the transit point. So I paid $5.5 for nothing, and your delivery team didn't do anything, it was a terrible experience considering the purchase I made was almost $200!

I was very disappointed when I received my vitamins. I ordered a organis Beef bone broth where the jar was all broken with glass inside the jar. I called to mention that it was delivered like that but the person on the phone wasn't interested and basically told me "bad luck". Not happy and I won't be purchasing anymore products from your company

I was really disappointed to have to wait for over a month to get my tablets I ordered. Unfortunately they use a really bad courier service that is very hard to deal with. I contacted city health after 10 days but they were unable to do anything more than myself, which was 'give details where to leave the parcel' which I did and it still took another 20 days to recieve my vitamins

I'm actually not happy as I don't have the product yet - I have just phoned Aramex & they have it & will get it out in the next 48 hrs - only because I have rung - they said they received it on the 27th Feb - really bad service from them to still have it sitting at their depot on the Gold Coast when thats where I am

It’s been over two weeks since I placed the order and I still haven’t received the item. I have contacted Aramex and your own customer service department several times and they have both been polite but completely useless in providing any actual answers as to when the parcel will arrive. I understand delays happen but this time line is too long to wait for a health product. I won’t be using your company again.

Unfortunately I think I am allergic to something in this product. Even 1 drop in juice left me with a hot throat and tongue. I tried a couple of times but get the same result each time and it lasts two to three days. I mistakenly ordered two bottles, so an expensive experience. Sounds like people have great results with this product, regretfully not for me.

I did not order this product. I ordered probiotics 55. These tablets are the size of horse tablets and I can't swallow them. Very annoying. Completely wasted my money. Very expensive mistake. Not happy.
