“I was happy with the item and the price but it took well over a week and a half to arrive where I live which is only 1 hour away from Newcastle, it would have been quicker to just drive up and get it.”

The date on the products is a best before date, not expiry date. You can safely use the product beyond that date. The May 31 stock is the latest available for this product. The manufacturer hasn't released any later dated product to distributors at this stage.

Sorry your order took so long to arrive, it was posted less than 24 hours after you placed the order. Unfortunately Australia Post are experiencing delays with some deliveries.

“Product as ordered, regrettably item was damaged upon arrival. Security vision confirms the courier throwing article from the base of my porch to the front door. The sound of the article landing was heard by my wife, upon opening the bottle was completely smashed, rendering the contents unusable.”

“Happy with the service from City Health with prompt dispatch and good packaging. However, delivery took 13days from Newcastle to Brisbane. Appalling service from courier with the covid delay excuse used. I have had items shipped from the USA via fedex delivered in 4 days only 2 weeks ago. Even Auspost took 5 days from suburban Melbourne to Brisbane. Unfortunately I cannot order from you in future if you continue to use Aramex couriers.”

Unfortunately Covid is impacting delivery services Australia wide, not just Armaex. Delivery times can vary widely depending on parcel volumes on particular routes and whether individual depots or delivery runs have staff off with Covid.

“The prices were competitive, but 4 weeks have passed since I ordered from here and the items still have not arrived. I totally understand that these are trying times and that delays are to be expected, but the products I ordered are heat sensitive and there has been a heatwave recently and now I am concerned that my items may be degraded in quality after weeks on "the road". Although City Health was easy to shop from, I wouldn't shop here again unless it was during winter, or if I knew that they had changed couriers.”

“Very friendly and helpful but unfortunately they use Aramex for the delivery service and it took over a month to receive my order so I probably wont reorder.”

Regrettably, the Sydney lockdown impacted all carriers, not just Aramex. The record volume of parcels combined with staff and depots impacted by COVID exposure and isolation requirements led to long delays in some areas. This has largely been resolved since the lockdown lifted with most Sydney deliveries now only taking a day or two.
