“City Health Foods had stocks of the product I needed at a very competitive price. It was very easy to place the order and delivery was prompt. The only issue I had was that my delivery instructions which were included on the package weren't observed by the contracted courier.”

“Ordered lions mane & bone broth for the first time from City Health foods Australia. There was a stuff up with the delivery but, it was straightened out. I didn't get the first order as Aramax said they delivered it, but l didn't get it, then CityHealth Foods said they would replace it. 2 days later l received 2 lots! I was told by Wayne from City Health foods to return one of them which was inconvenient for me to do so..I ended up buying the other one as well. I expected compensation for the stuff up, l ended up out of pocket with a small discount. Kerrie whom l dealt with was great.. I'd probably order again from them, but hopefully they send my delivery through Australia Post next time. The bone broth is yummy...”
