“I like shopping online here, and the delivery is fast. But the expiration date of the order items is May 31 this year.”

The date on the products is a best before date, not expiry date. You can safely use the product beyond that date. The May 31 stock is the latest available for this product. The manufacturer hasn't released any later dated product to distributors at this stage.
