“I ordered your wonderful product then realised I missed the unit number in the address - emailed requesting adjustment - quickly received email confirmation of address edit - received packing and delivery updates - product delivered without incident. An excellent service. In comparison I have just used Amazon and will not do so again. I ordered it online and paid for it - the rest should be up to Amazon but my job didnt stop there - I did not get a confirmation email and spent time trying to find out what to do - none of which is obvious. I had to create an account and log on to a massive website to find out what was happening, if it has been packed, if it is on its way - I ordered it and then had to remember to do everything else every couple of days. So one of the biggest online web ordering facilities applies a NO RESPONSIBILITY RULE - I prefer a confirmation email, and packing and delivery updates sent to me. It really is so simple - I pay for the product and delivery - I expect Amazon to at least do something with the enormous web they keep bragging about. Perhaps they need some help to actually create some software to do the job they expect their customers to do. I have read they have problems with hacking. Perhaps with that huge web and the enormous income they receive from the multiple offshoots they could pay another hacker to write a program that will stop the hacking - sounds pretty obvious. THANK YOU CITY HEALTH FOODS for your diligence, attention to detail and speedy, reliable service - all of which DID NOT REQUIRE ME your CUSTOMER TO DO ANYTHING MORE THAN ORDER AND PAY FOR IT because you emailed updates as they happened. Good job and again, excellent service. Jennifer”
