“I was really disappointed to have to wait for over a month to get my tablets I ordered. Unfortunately they use a really bad courier service that is very hard to deal with. I contacted city health after 10 days but they were unable to do anything more than myself, which was 'give details where to leave the parcel' which I did and it still took another 20 days to recieve my vitamins”

“I ordered 2 jars of bone broth and when they arrived, unfortunately 1 had broken during transport. I informed City Health foods and Wayne replied immediately. He sent me a new jar straight away. Very friendly service and love the bone broth.”
