I bought a Sigg .308 for 1279.00Before tax and I get a email from these guys saying 1499.00 wow what a rip off,Plus I didn’t pay any shipping on mine or shipping and the extra tax from the $221 that’s ridiculous even if they didn’t charge shipping $221 plus tax is a lot of money my advice is to shop before you buy to get the best deals

Great company to do business with. I've bought numerous items from them and received my items quickly. Their product videos & reviews are awesome. I highly recommend them. I'm shocked at the 1.89 rating! These guys a 5.0 all the way!

Don’t bother to get insurance! I insured my order and fedex said they delivered it, so why don’t I have my order? Cf would not stand behind the insurance so I am out $220! There answer to it was call the police! THANKS ALOT CF!!!! May be done ordering from you!

These people don't know what there talking about and their customer service reps are rude and contradict themselves in emails. Stay away!!! There are more reputable sellers out there who don't bombard you with daily emails pimping what the have to sell. Sorry I couldn't rate them less than a one star.

Great Company! No damages. I received my SIG M400 Tread Coil and it looks almost exactly the picture it has on their site, except for the yellow TREAD badges. It even came with SIG skeletal 2 stage trigger. This thing is brand new and ready to go out of the box with Romeo5. All I have to do is pair it with Juliet4 and got some Lancer Mags and few TREAD accesories. Simply amazing.

Stay away. Beware of this company before you spend you hard earning money. I received two defected magazines which are out of spec and or not it being describe on the company's WEBSITE. These are the reason forcing me to return both of them. Even the issue is on their product. I still have to pay once for them shipping me defected products and then again to return them. The company also did not return the sales taxes that I paid in full. For some reason, my review and comments of the product on the WEBSITE was deleted which may be this reason why most their product sold on there WEBSITE have many stars. Got zero response from Customer Service since I brought bring the issue to the service department. Hope this help.

I ordered 4 mags at the beginning of December … I paid for SHIPPING INSURANCE too! It supposedly was delivered 12/16 ... when I had been told it would be 12/17. I never received the package … I checked front and back. I contacted Classic and they filed a claim but FedEx and today 1/13 they denied it because “it was properly delivered”. Classic suggested I file a police report … over 3 weeks after it was not received … like the police will do that. I called the Customer Service at Classic and they will not seek anything further with FedEx and basically said it was up to me.

Classic used to be my #1 choice for online guns & ammo. Zero communication and terrible customer service. Gun ads are great and deals seem good as well. Sometimes, everything works smoothly. Most of the time, they will cancel portions of your order with no communication and you get stuck with high shipping cost for single item which also costs you more money on receiving end of FFL transfer fees. Solution? Try to work w/ customer service which was a joke. Then disputed with credit card company and won. Classic then cancels all future orders with no notification. So weak. If they can treat a long standing customer with multiple large order like this, I can just imagine how they treat others.

Bought several classic firearms from CF, everything worked out fine. Nice surplus firearms. I ordered a few more, shipping took a very long time, but eventually got them. Not great firearms, but decent enough I guess. Bought an sks, thing was completely useless. With a LOT of cleaning and refurbishing, it might have made a decent wall hanger, but never would have been safe to fire. Complete waste of money. Decided I’d never buy from them again. I guess I forgot, cause I ordered from them again. Bought two barrels. After six weeks, I got two barrels - but only one of them was a barrel I ordered. The other one wasn’t even the right caliber. I called them, waited forever, got someone and they were pretty rude. They wanted pictures of the barrels (they didn’t believe me one was the wrong caliber). I sent pictures. No response. Called the next day, waited a very long time, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. This went on a few times. Finally they decided to refund me…. But they had the right barrel in stock. Turns out, the price on that barrel went up and they wouldn’t send me the barrel unless I paid the extra cost for it, plus shipping. WTF!? I sort of felt like they sent the wrong one on purpose since the price went up they figured I’d send the wrong one back then they were out nothing. I paid postage for them to send the wrong one. I’m out that money, but they are out far more considering I don’t buy from them anymore. Another issue, I was dumb enough to order the aeroshell grease stuff (turns out that’s just a huge waste of money. It’s far cheaper to buy Nickel or copper lubricant off amazon and it’s much much cheaper). Nonetheless, what they sent me was an empty tiny can of grease. It’d actually already been used. They gave me a store credit for that one. What a joke. I left negative reviews on their website on all these issues and products - oddly, not a single on of them ever showed up on their site. The good ones I had left showed up fine, but not the bad ones. Seems they only allow so many negative reviews on something to be posted. They censor reviews…. Ironic for a pro 2A company. In my experience, they aren’t honest, they aren’t polite, they’re quite petty over shipping and price changes on products, and their shipping is so incredibly slow. Even after their big change to the new warehouse - 6 weeks to receive a shotgun, and I live 2 hours away from their location. After repeated chances and chalking up issues to “$h!t happens” I’ve realized it seems to happen often and as a rule with CF. Will never buy from them again. However, I do get their emails and watch their very lame videos they put out. If anything good, I find somewhere else that has it and order from them. But it’s obvious ole Clint is just pushing whatever merchandise he’s told to “like” for that week. And FFS Clint, no one cares what you call it - silencer, suppressor, hell, call it a pee can for what anyone would care. Just stop explaining why you call it what you call it. And do a good video on silencers, or suppressors, or pee cans - I need a good one. I just don’t trust PSA to know what they’re talking about. But they have good prices on them.

I’ve ordered 2 pistols from them in 2 different transactions, 2 different years. Processing was fast, shipping was fast, orders were accurate. Will do business here again.

The ammo is fine for the range but my main concern is with the customer service from CF. I purchased 4 cases of different caliber ammo along with other items. Everything I received was as expected except for the 9mm ammo was short 105 rounds (3 boxes only had 15 rounds each instead of the 50 it should of had) the shipping box didn’t seem to be tampered with so I assume it either happened at the factory or CF. After weeks of going back and forth with Jay and providing him with all the info and pictures he asked for he tried to blame it on fed ex who naturally denied the claim and then informed me that I was out of luck! Really! I purchased over $1200 worth of stuff and instead of doing the right thing they lost a loyal customer over $30. If you choose to buy from them you better hope there are no issues as they don’t seem to care about the customers who keep them in business

I ordered a scope and it was supposed to include a free scope mount (while supplies last). I placed the order and they immediately charge my credit card. However, the item sat in the in the status of "Packing" for 9 days. After those 9 days I sent a message to the customer service. They responded the next day and said they would look into it. The scope finally shipped a day or 2 later. When I got the package I only received the scope. I wrote back to the customer service that I did not get the mount. Their response was that they wanted a picture of what i received. So I sent the picture of the scope box and packing list that I received. I am not sure if they though I did not know what a mount looked like but it was obvious that there were not 2 items in the package. Even the packing slip just had the one item listed but my order online clearly stated that it would include a mount. When I got a response from customer service about the missing mount they said it is supposed to come from the manufacturer after I receive the scope. That is not what it said online when I ordered the scope. You would have thought if it was coming from the manufacturer it would have said that clearly online when the order was placed. So I assume that is a complete lie. When I ordered the scope it said order now while they still have free mounts in stock. It is pretty clear that while my order was misplaced for those 9 days the mount sold out and they don't have anymore in stock. So now I have a scope with no mount and a customer service person that says they are reaching out to the manufacture to see what happened. The only reason I bought the scope from Classic Firearms was to save $50 on a simple mount. I should have read these reviews first and bought the scope from a store I have used in the past.

Worst company I have dealt with. Customer service is the worst, rude and very condescending! I called customer service three different times trying to get my order corrected before shipping. I was on hold for 35 minutes to an hour before I even got through to a representative. And after three attempts was told three different things (all now appear to have been lies). And finally was charged $25 NOT to receive my order. And the error on the order was on their end! Luckily for me, I found the exact same firearm at AIMSURPLUS.COM. I contacted customer service (took less than 15 SECONDS for a representative to answer). And received the same item in excellent condition in two days! There are still companies out there selling firearms and accessories, ammo, etc. that take care of their customers and treat us with respect. Please don't waste your time with these low-lifes! This company need to go out of business due to their "policies". They screwed me out of $25....but the idiots cost themselves over $1000 in sales (just this last week) plus all the sales I may have made in the future. Now that is STUPID business practice!!

I ordered a pistol from Classic Firearms on a Saturday. Before I completed the order I double checked all the info on the form, name (spelling), address, phone number. Everything was correct. The order confirmation e-mail arrived but my last name was incorrect. I sent an e-mail immediately with the correct info asking them to correct the order. I did not hear back from the e-mail so I called on Monday morning to try and remedy the error. I talked with a customer service rep who told me that they would cancel the order without any penalty and that I would just need to place a new order. I then asked about the 5% discount that I had on the original order that ended at midnight Sunday. The rep told me that I would recieve two e-mails: the first stating that my order had been cancelled and refunded, and the second instructing me how to get the 5% discount. I asked how long it should take for me to receive the emails and was told that they should arrive within the hour. After two hours no e-mails had arrived so I decided to call back to check on the situation. Both calls resulted in about a half hour wait for someone to answer. The new customer representative asked me to hold while she checked on the order. She came back about 10 minutes later and stated that her manager had to retreive the order from the FedEx truck. She also informed me that I would not be charged a cancellation fee but she would no longer apply the 5% discount since they had to retrieve the order from the FedEx truck. I reminded her that if the order had been halted two hours previously as I had been told it would, then the order would not have needed to be retrieved from the truck. She hung up on me! I then called back a third time and waited on hold AGAIN. This person then informed me that I not only would not receiver the discount but also would have to pay $25 cancellation fee and that there was nothing she could do to change that. I then asked if I could speak with someone who had the ability to adjust the cancellation fee since it was not due to anything that I had done. She told me that there was no such person and she would not put me through to anyone else. About 15 minutes later they refunded my charge except for the $25. So my dealings with Classic Firearms resulted in dealing with three customer service reps. Two were incredibly rude and the first simply did not do what she told me she would do. I also was charged $25 to NOT receive my order! The company lost over $2000 in business just so that they could screw a first-time customer out of $25! What a stupid business decision. After researching Classis Firearms reviews I see that this is a rather common occurance with this company. The next day I saw the same pistol available at a company called AIM Surplus. I called them and the customer service rep answered the phone within 30 seconds! Not minutes!! The customer service guy was very knowledgeable about his products, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Everything that a customer service person should be. I ordered from Aim Surplus on the spot! and my gun arrived two days later and was everything I had been told it would be. I have since called customer service two additional times regarding other questions and the phone was answered promptly by very friendly and knowledgeable personnel. I have found a GREAT company to do online business with and I will be (actually already have been) back for more business. I liked the first gun so well that I am purchasing two additional guns for my sons, plus 6 spare magazines. As well as 1000 rounds of ammo. That's nearly $1500 that Classic Firearms lost due to stupidity and rudeness and Aim Surplus gained by just being courteous! Plus I will be back again and again! Thank you Aim Surplus!! And Classic Firearms can Kiss My ....

Funny so many negative reviews on here about third party issues. Anyway I have to brag a little and wanted to do so right after it happened so the names were still fresh in my mind. Ordered a shotgun and picked the closest FFL to me, they didn’t feel like submitting their info. Called up CF expecting a nightmare to change my order, between Heather and Amber my order was corrected with 2 minutes. The FFL I did choose said that they’ve never had an issue with them at all. I have to say this was excellent customer service, thank you lady’s.

Spent over 3000 with them last year. Ordered some magazines and they ordered me a refund minus shipping since it isn't a "valid" address. I've had multiple items sent to the address, it is valid. So since they couldn't deliver on their end I got screwed out of shipping. Pretty stupid when you're willing to lose a customer that spends thousands a year over 20 bucks. And after waiting 15 minutes to finally talk to someone I get someone that is rude from the first word. Other people with better customer service sell ammo too. I won't purchase from them again.

Company has horrible customer service. They advertise handguns as great to good condition and they are all rusted, pitted, bad bores which aren't even inspected. I purchased two guns from them in the advertised sale and both were in very poor condition. I do not recommend buying from them as they charge you the customer shipping fees and restock fees.

Poor customer service. They shipped item Fedex 2nd day with such restrictions that Fedex would not leave with a neighbor or allow me to arrange pick up in person at Fedex. Rediculous!!! Customer service said Sorry Have A Nice Day! Wont be dealing with them again.

Terrible customer service and customer care. Ordered 2 magazines and paid $49.95 plus shipping plus insurance. Fedex lost my order and Classic firearms response is I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to hear back from Fedex and the insurance the I pay since was mark as delivered it dont cover the items, 4 weeks pass and nothing about issuing a credit. You would think they would take care of their customer first and then wait for their credit from Fedex It was their choice to use Fedex not mine. Stay away!!

Ordered 417$ in gun cleaning supplies and laser sights and bore sights. They declined to ship. And wont give my money back after about 10 days they sent email saying my money was returned. It was a lie. Never received my refund. Not trustworthy or honest.
