“Was supposed to get a $ 50.00 off from the Easter egg pick, copied code then at checkout there was no place for the code . Just bought a 45 from them and wanted more magazines , bought them anyway . Lousy come on .”

“There was a bait and switch tactic. I was asked to choose a basket and awarded a $50.00 rebate or price reduction. Once I finished my shopping there was no "apply code" to claim e $50.00 I was promised. After redoing the order four (4) times the apply code showed up.. I entered what I had been instructed to do. Then I received a text the code was not valid. The entire time between receiving the Easter basket award and the rejected text was 30 minutes. My questions what happened? I was promised an amount reduction until I tried to use it. A classic BAIT & SWITCH tactic.”

“Total disappointment, unreal went from my go to place to a total fiasco... I ordered 3 items, ONLY 3. The web page says my order is COMPLETE and I only received part of my order... I ordered 100 45 cal bullets 25 9mm luger bullets and a rifle carrying bag. I got an ENVELOPE with 79 45 cal slugs... no 9mm, no rifle bag... What the actual fkuc??? I”

“I have an order with you, #102481557, placed on 11/9/2025. My purchase was supposed to be delivered to: GOLDEN NUGGET PAWN AND JEWELRY OF PORT RICHEY 11217 US HWY 19 PORT RICHEY, FL 34668… in the name of Carlos de la Coba Beris… You requested a gunsmith license, which they provided… And yet my purchase has not been delivered… What has happened? You sent other purchases to the same address. Tengo un pedido con Uds. # 102481557 desde 11/9/2025. Debían entregar mi compra en: GOLDEN NUGGET PAWN AND JEWELRY OF PORT RICHEY 11217 US HWY 19 PORT RICHEY, FL 34668… A nombre de Carlos de la Coba Beris… Solicitaron Licencia de la Armería y ellos se la proporcionaron… Y todavía no han entregado mi compra…, Que ha pasado.., si Uds me enviaron otras compras al mismo establecimiento?”

“Classic was a good company. but their shipping and customer service has become very low rate. specefically that woman, Victoria who seems to be oesrogen overchrged. I do not need that kind of attitude. if and when I crave it I will get married. Also, Classic's package tracking is confusing as hell . I will be using another online retailer. I just hope that Victoria isn't working there. Clint please pardon the bad review. I hope that yu can clean house and get the crew schooled in proper customer care and get your website more user friendly. thank you and good luck”

“I've been with you guys for years. I bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of guns and accessories just logging in today. Took 20 minutes and the person experience was terrible. It kept adding items in my cart. Go back to the way it was. It was awesome. Terrible experience today.”
