I ordered a pistol from Classic Firearms on a Saturday. Before I completed the order I double checked all the info on the form, name (spelling), address, phone number. Everything was correct. The order confirmation e-mail arrived but my last name was incorrect. I sent an e-mail immediately with the correct info asking them to correct the order. I did not hear back from the e-mail so I called on Monday morning to try and remedy the error. I talked with a customer service rep who told me that they would cancel the order without any penalty and that I would just need to place a new order. I then asked about the 5% discount that I had on the original order that ended at midnight Sunday. The rep told me that I would recieve two e-mails: the first stating that my order had been cancelled and refunded, and the second instructing me how to get the 5% discount. I asked how long it should take for me to receive the emails and was told that they should arrive within the hour. After two hours no e-mails had arrived so I decided to call back to check on the situation. Both calls resulted in about a half hour wait for someone to answer. The new customer representative asked me to hold while she checked on the order. She came back about 10 minutes later and stated that her manager had to retreive the order from the FedEx truck. She also informed me that I would not be charged a cancellation fee but she would no longer apply the 5% discount since they had to retrieve the order from the FedEx truck. I reminded her that if the order had been halted two hours previously as I had been told it would, then the order would not have needed to be retrieved from the truck. She hung up on me! I then called back a third time and waited on hold AGAIN. This person then informed me that I not only would not receiver the discount but also would have to pay $25 cancellation fee and that there was nothing she could do to change that. I then asked if I could speak with someone who had the ability to adjust the cancellation fee since it was not due to anything that I had done. She told me that there was no such person and she would not put me through to anyone else. About 15 minutes later they refunded my charge except for the $25. So my dealings with Classic Firearms resulted in dealing with three customer service reps. Two were incredibly rude and the first simply did not do what she told me she would do. I also was charged $25 to NOT receive my order! The company lost over $2000 in business just so that they could screw a first-time customer out of $25! What a stupid business decision. After researching Classis Firearms reviews I see that this is a rather common occurance with this company. The next day I saw the same pistol available at a company called AIM Surplus. I called them and the customer service rep answered the phone within 30 seconds! Not minutes!! The customer service guy was very knowledgeable about his products, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Everything that a customer service person should be. I ordered from Aim Surplus on the spot! and my gun arrived two days later and was everything I had been told it would be. I have since called customer service two additional times regarding other questions and the phone was answered promptly by very friendly and knowledgeable personnel. I have found a GREAT company to do online business with and I will be (actually already have been) back for more business. I liked the first gun so well that I am purchasing two additional guns for my sons, plus 6 spare magazines. As well as 1000 rounds of ammo. That's nearly $1500 that Classic Firearms lost due to stupidity and rudeness and Aim Surplus gained by just being courteous! Plus I will be back again and again! Thank you Aim Surplus!! And Classic Firearms can Kiss My ....

Spent over 3000 with them last year. Ordered some magazines and they ordered me a refund minus shipping since it isn't a "valid" address. I've had multiple items sent to the address, it is valid. So since they couldn't deliver on their end I got screwed out of shipping. Pretty stupid when you're willing to lose a customer that spends thousands a year over 20 bucks. And after waiting 15 minutes to finally talk to someone I get someone that is rude from the first word. Other people with better customer service sell ammo too. I won't purchase from them again.

Company has horrible customer service. They advertise handguns as great to good condition and they are all rusted, pitted, bad bores which aren't even inspected. I purchased two guns from them in the advertised sale and both were in very poor condition. I do not recommend buying from them as they charge you the customer shipping fees and restock fees.

Terrible customer service and customer care. Ordered 2 magazines and paid $49.95 plus shipping plus insurance. Fedex lost my order and Classic firearms response is I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to hear back from Fedex and the insurance the I pay since was mark as delivered it dont cover the items, 4 weeks pass and nothing about issuing a credit. You would think they would take care of their customer first and then wait for their credit from Fedex It was their choice to use Fedex not mine. Stay away!!

Ordered 417$ in gun cleaning supplies and laser sights and bore sights. They declined to ship. And wont give my money back after about 10 days they sent email saying my money was returned. It was a lie. Never received my refund. Not trustworthy or honest.

You’ll notice in the picture, the magazine on the left will only hold six rounds, the one on the right I get a full 17 rounds in. I’ve tried two different types of ammo, and the results are on the same. it doesn’t matter if I use a loader or if I try to load them manually. The spring on the defective one only goes down so far. Both of the 30 round clips that I purchased work great as does the other 17 round clip. This item was just sent to me and the product just came out of the packaging. My emails to classic firearms: I am returning this item to you for three reasons. 1. I purchased it from you and not ProMag, you benefited from the sale. 2. The product you sent me was defective out of the box. It’s a 17 round, but you can only get six rounds in it. 3. I tried your other route, but ProMag has not returned any phone call or email. I do not expect a restock charge, for all of the above reasons, plus you cannot restock a defective product. The product will be returned tomorrow. Ordered items. Played outrageous shipping fee. Items came drop shipped from different wholesale gun dealers. Delivery longer than legal for firearms.

I bought an AR15 from Classic based on the description and photos. I paid the local dealer $20 and paid a healthy shipping fee. Filled out forms for 29 minutes. The rifle arrived and looked NOTHING like the photo. I contacted them and was told "Send it back if you don't like it" Really? A fully registered rifle that I can pay to ship back, after paying to ship it to me PLUS insurance? I have no patience for people that sell you one thing and send you something else. If you don't care what you get, then by all means pay your money and wait a month or more, if it arrives at all.

Ordered a panzer arms m4 by my ffl. Months went by and it never came. Order was processed and learned from my gunshop that classic firearms had processed my order but had sold more than they actually had. Lucky to get my refund.

Ordered 1000 rounds of ammo. Bought “their” insurance. Ammo was poorly packaged. Arrive damaged and wet. Tried to get them to make good on it. They are keeping the insurance money and letting me fight it out with VISA. Buy from anybody other than Classic Firearms.

Ordered a magazine for a rifle. Was listed as new and I paid a price consistent with a new item. When it arrived, it was clearly not new. The package had been opened and the magazine was old and dirty. I wiped off a good bit of loose dirt and light surface rust when the magazine had just been delivered. Will not do business with this company again.

I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing from this shady business. I purchased a case of 9mm wolf ammo for 565 after tax and shipping. They shipped fedex but i never received the ammo. I followed the fedex delivery on the app and the day it was supposed to be delivered which I believe was a sat, it never showed up. then it went to pending and then to next day. This went on for about 3 days. Then on Wed the fedex app said delivered but delivered the day prior which was Tuesday. Well, I have cameras and no one from fedex showed up at my door any one of the days. Yeah, I was confused as well. I called fedex and put a claim in and they wouldn't do anything since it said delivered. I then took it uo with classic firearms and they said they'd open an investigation with fedex and ultimately did nothing cause FedEx said they delivered. I also bought the shipping insurance. So then I disputed it with my bank and I have lost that as well since FedEx lied and said it was delivered. This seems to be a running thing with classic firearms. Stay far far away from them. I hope they go out of business, this company is garbage. They have zero customer service and just don't care.

If I could go less than 1 star I would. Customer service is poor I was hung up with out being rude they just don’t want to answer any questions on shipping that is the main problem they can’t seem to get a order out in a timely fashion so it makes me wonder if the order I made is even in there inventory. Do not purchase anything from the people they are a joke and are not a reputable company in my option from what I’ve dealt with them on.

Ordered 1891 carcano carbine paid 30 bucks for hand pick, sent me one with 4 inch piece of stock missing next to bent bayonet, crack behind bolt, large deep gouged in stock. Very upset. David Brooks

Today 23 April 2021... Classic Firearms has an IWI Tavor x95 on their daily deals for $2299.99.... The MSRP is $2049.00... No one actually charges the MSRP but to charge $250 over MSRP is criminal... These are some price gouging fools.

4/9/21 recieved one if their many thousands of obnoxious sales texts saying ammo was in stock. Ordered the $600 pack they offered immediately. 4/19/21 after 10 days, finally recieve shipping label email. 4/19/21 hours later recieve refund notification with no explanation. 4/21/21 I sent email asking for some kind of explanation why the keep sending sales solicitations amd no thought to customers waiting or stock. 4/23/21 still no reply, no explanation and not one F given to customer...ex-customer that is. I was warned by almost every firesrm forum and review site to avoid Classic Firearms like it's the plague and I guess I should have listened.... Very unprofessional.

Wow, to good to be true. I should of read the reviews. I ordered $200 of ammo that you guys said that you had in stock. Now I get an email saying that you are behind and be to patient. Well, I would say that's a bait-and-switch move. I see you are doing this to most of your customers and me by there reviews. Maybe the Feds should shut you guys for fraud and scamming people. Will be call my cc company tomorrow. No sweat off my back.

Cant believe u shipped a carcano to me in this shape with me paying the upgrade . Wherever there is metal there is rust . the stock is also attrocious . Its a hunk of junk. Was going to order several but luckily i didnt . And after all the THOUSANDS ive spent with your company and u treat me like this by sending me a rusted firearm ? I wont even fire it . Thanks for nothing classic ..
