ordered two firearms on 02/04/2021. its 02/25/2021 and still no tracking number or firearms.do not answer emails.horrible.customer service hangs up on you

I placed my order 1/10/2021, we're now at 2/25/2021 and it still hasn't shipped. It says FedEx was notified 1/18/2021, so why hasn't it shipped. My first call to them they told me they are moving warehouses and their systems went down. The second time I called they were waiting for an updated license from my FFL (they never notified me they were waiting on it, they should have called me and asked me if I wanted to change FFLs or wait for their updated license. My latest email with them they told me the carrier has been notified and hasn't picked up. I work in the logistics industry, if my carrier misses a pick up I'm calling them next day making sure the pick up rolls over to the next business day. This is ridiculous, I won't be buying from them again.

I have ordered from Classic Firearms previously without any issues and had great shipping/customer service. However, I ordered my current purchase on 1/16/21. It still hasn't shipped on 2/24/21 and I keep getting the run around via email and conveniently disconnected when I call. Not sure what is going on with the company but they are going to be losing this previously satisfied customer.

OK, just found this review site. I'm now terrified!!! Wife made an 1,158.00 purchase for me from them, (gift) ...It's been almost a month and nothing. Come on guys, I need some faith in humanity here....and hope to God she didn't get ripped off trying to buy something for me.

Here's what they did to me. I ordered a 9mm on Jan 28th. Waited until Feb 10th to email them (couldn't get through by phone) to find out when my shipment was shipping. I asked them to kindly send my gun since they had my money and shipping status showed "complete". The next day they told me it was shipped. Relieved, I clicked on their Fed Ex tracking number only to discover that the gun had supposedly been received and signed for BY ME (instead of the FFL) a few days prior to the email! These people are not only robbing- they're gaslighting and oh they're having a blast.

Just add this review to the pile of negative ones for this terrible company. They sell products as "In Stock" but then never ship them. My guess is they don't actually have them in stock. Save yourself the hassle and just don't order from them.

Ordered gun on January 2021. They said gun was in stock. They hit my credit card on January 24. Now it is February 13 and no gun and no info on when it will ship. The attorney general in NC should do something about these guys.

In ordered two little pistol magazines. Two weeks later they still have not shipped them and are unresponsive. They should have been to me a week ago.

Ordered an in stock AR15 and paid for it and have not received it. I have called and emailed and can't get any kind of response. Their customer service SUCKS!!!!!

THIS COMPANY COULD NOT PROCESS 2 ORDERS IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD, ALWAYS AN EXCUSE, COULDNT LOCATE ORDER STATUS,MOVED WAREHOUSE, VERY OBNOXIOUS ON THE PHONE, WITHHELD CORRECT INFORMATION,TREAT VETERANS LIKE THIRD CLASS CUSTOMERS, WHEN ASKED IF ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CONTACT THEM YOU GET BARRED FROM PLACING ORDERS BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES,, I HOPE JOE BIDEN PUTS THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS

I have made multiple purchases from them in the past. Other than being slightly overpriced (and you accept that when you order so its not a ding on them) they were fine. This last order not so much. Same as all the other complaints here. You order an in stock item, they charge your card IMMEDIATELY, and then it takes forever to ship. You should not be charging the cards if you cant ship timely. Also I received an email to update me that my order was delayed, but it provided no time table for shipping. If you look all over social media you will see that many people are having the same issue. Also the fact that they take the time to film DAILY videos and put together multiple emails a day about items on sale, but are so far behind on shipping is annoying to the customer. Its like salt in the wound. EVERY employee they have should be working to ship orders all the time. You are at best a month behind on shipping.

The WORST company, ever!!! They have made mistakes and won't take responsibility for them. And they hide behind the internet. They say you can call them, but after the recording they drop your call, every single time. I have been waiting on an "in-stock" order for over 3 months now. Example of one mistake with the order, they made me pay another $79 if I wanted the rifle. I paid it thinking that I would have my rifle shipped right away, but still waiting for it to be "picked and processed". On their website they claim that "all is good..." with my order, but they have not even picked nor shipped my order. They will not tell me when I can even expect to receive my order. STAY AWAY!! Classic Firearms is HORRRIBLE!!!

Exact same thing as below. Ordered items on 1/16/2021 and is still ready to pack. Sent several e-mails and phone calls with no response. However i do continue to receive multiple emails about sales and items in stock or the gun giveaways.(which i personally think are fake). They did reply to 1 email 5 days later so said they were trying to get orders processed in 10-15 days well mines going on 24 days. Didn't quiet hit that goal did ya! I really want to like the company and do a lot of business with them but i can't with the long shipping times and poor customer service.

I ordered 1000 round of Wolf 762x39. When the tax raised the price of ammo they deleted my order and acted like it was a glitch and said I did not order an item even though I have an order confirmation. They refunded it but now I am stick with out ammo and they refused to back order or anything

Ordered gun. Card charged. No gun. Now in 3rd week and gun has not even been pulled for shipping. What makes it particularly annoying is the relentless barrage of sale e-mails they continue to send. If they can’t meet their current obligations, it is extremely galling that they are aggressively trawling for more sales. If you can buy it somewhere other that Classic Firearms, do so.
