Classic Firearms takes your money immediately but you will not receive your order for weeks. I placed my order on January 5th, 2021 and have called multiple times, either get the automated message and hung on or if by chance you are "caller #24" you can wait on hold as I did for 54 minutes until I was finally able to speak to a real live person. I too got the excuse of "we moved warehouses" and also "we had a glitch with our system". Today is now February 4th, 2021 and my purchase is still in the "Pack" category. At this point I am going to wait 1 more week then start the process cancelling my order and hopefully recouping my money. No matter how bad you want something I would look elsewhere, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with Classic Firearms!!!

Items that are not a firearm have shipped in an acceptable amount of time. The firearm I ordered, listed as "in-stock" still hasn't shipped. No email responses and they will not answer the phone. That is not acceptable. I want to like the company...how about you quit cranking out videos and daily emails and allocate your assets to packing boxes and filling orders...

Ordered product, CF immediately charged card, CF has yet to ship product though over two weeks have passed. I have yet to receive a reply to my email and they're not answering the phones. Their positive reviews appear faked and their negative reviews are many and consistent. It's time for us would-be customers to file complaints with the NC Attorney General.

Scummy business practice. You order they take money from you and make you wait 1 or 2 month. Don't need you to believe me just check the many people in their comments on Facebook and YouTube. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and will make sure none of my friends and family ever do business with them.

I ordered a item listed as new and they sent me a used item that was the wrong model and half the price I paid them! Words can not describe how terrible this company is!

Billed my card immediately but still have not shiped parts. Parts are in stock but have not even been processed after 26 days. My customer service emails have gone unanswered. An automated response said they would get back to me within 3 days lol.... Never again. Be warned.

Order was placed on Jan 6th, 2021 No updates on the website, order is still in processing: ready for picking, called their phone number only to get an automated message and hungup on, no response from email support. I was informed from friends that have done business before with classic that they were a good and reputable company, but with how poor the service is currently I will not do business with them again. Edit 1/26/2021: Finally got through the phone line without being hung-up by their automated system. I've been told the reason for their delay is due to changing warehouses. Still doesn't explain why three weeks later the order has not moved out of ready for picking status. Edit 2/2/2021: Nearly 4 weeks later and still no movement on my order. I've called again and they gave me another excuse of a "programming issue" with their warehouse. Before I could get a response from the representative (Stephanie) she hung up my call as I asked a series of questions and saying this is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE shipping time have yet to get 3 firearms paid for over 3 weeks ago...can understand product not in stock but these where in stock when paid for!!! they take your money BEFORE they ship so they dont give damn when if ever you get your items...first online gun purchases...NEVER again...goal now is to get my money back..

I paid 1200$ for a IN-STOCK rifle and immediately got an email saying "ready for shipping" and that was over 2 weeks ago. They don't answer phones or respond to emails asking where my order is? Unbelievable!!!! After doing more research on classic firearms social media its apparent that they are scamming people out of their money.

Ordered on 1/6, they charged my card and cleared my FFL. Zero communication until I contacted them on 1/20. They got back to me on 1/26. Brett S. Said he had spoken to his warehouse manager and assured me my order would ship no later than 1/29, that Friday. Still has not shipped and communication returns to zero. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

DONT USE FINANCING TO BUY FROM THEM. LOOKING FOR NC LAWYER. The financing company is taking money out of my account on something they oversold and didn't have in stock. Nobody can get in contact with them. It's been weeks and weeks.

Honestly, on the surface, they look like a great company. Later you understand that their sales/ description tactics are unethical at best... Scam/ fraud at the worst. They are completely legal but it is our responsibility as the consumer to not give into these bait and switch tactics. Their hand pick option is utter be as they know that there is no obligation to actually give you a better hand picked product... Just one that they said they hand picked. They sent a magazine that doesn't fit in the gun, a model that didn't even see service in the respective country. When notified about the issues they don't seem to want to have anything to do with resolving or even replying to the issues at hand. These guys pick up rifles for next to nothing and then turn a profit on our sorry asses. Given the theoretical low overhead, they have no excuse.Would not recommend them.

I ordered my items on the 10th and now its the 28th and still hasn't shipped this will be the last time I order from them I emailed them a bunch of times and nothing called twice for them to tell me it will be next week probably I mean really this is way to long just to ship something

Purchased a lower they said was in stock. 4 weeks later not in stock and would not refund money. Had to call CC company and cancel transaction. Customer service just kept sending me email saying nothing was wrong with shipment. Pandemic or not , do not purchase from them. There are allot of more reputable companies with good customer service.

Purchased 2 shotguns for almost $1200 on Jan 7. Order still shows ready for picking, however it now shows the shotgun is no longer in stock. I have purchased from them before but I never will again. Everyone in the industry is experiencing unprecedented challenges but their lack of service is unacceptable. I have purchased from others during this same time and never experienced anything like this.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 5 mags 11 days ago and order still shows awaiting pick. Emails go without be responded to. Phone call attempt gives you an automated short shitty response and then hangs up. They have lost my business. Maybe making videos is more important then selling product. Other suppliers are dealing with the same unprecedented times but still service their customers. I've ordered firearms, ammo, and mags from other dealers after I ordered with Classic and have received all my items from them already. Shame on Classic Firearms.

One star is to generous. They don’t have customer service. Stop making videos and start packing boxes. This is the worst service ever. I will never buy another item again from them.

They are very quick to charge your card (immediately) and then are very slow to ship. Obviously they have no incentive to quickly ship since they have your funds. I suspect they play a rather risky "shellgame" and probably oversell current inventory, hoping that their customer remains patient while they get more items in stock.

I will never buy from Classic Firearms again. They charge your card immediately and take their time to ship. I've had backorders ship quicker than their in-stock items.

My experience with classicfirearms.com seems to be standard with everyone else. They have taken my money instantly and are not shipping my item (non ffl). They have not responded to my email, and haven't made any effort to notify me of any reasons for they delay. I understand that times are tough for any business right now, but if you have time and manpower to constantly update your website and inventory, as well as your social media, you have time to take care of customers that have already paid for their orders. A very bad look for a business!
