“Many added fees! Like shipping insurance and more for rifle warranty? When I'm spending a large amount of money for myself? I got suckered for the extra fees”

“It didn't the website is not organized well. I am someone who developed websites for fortune 500 companies and also European countries. This site should be reviewed and updated. Shipping costs were not explained, and I didn't know the cost of shipping until paying for the order, disappointing to say the least. If I hadn't already spent the time picking out a rifle I would have gone to a different site.”

“Giving it a 3 star for now being i just purchased it, but the video review on YouTube seemed legit, seemed like a sturdy first firearm for myself, I’ll update this when the firearm is delivered, and hopefully it’ll be a good update, I have high hopes so im not that worried, again this is gonna be my first legit firearm”

“They didn’t. Editing your cart is a very long & slow process. I appreciate the vast array of products available and their affordable price. But the whole checkout process is unusually laborious compared with other websites. If it is necessary for security reasons then please continue with the current procedures.”

“After three attempts, I was finally able to place my order for the product. I spoke with a representative in the chat and by phone, but they were unable to assist me. My credit card was charged three times, but I was informed that two of those charges would be refunded. We shall see if that happens. Frank”

“Pain in the ass having to set up an account. Only way I can figure out how to purchase from your company. Very confusing checkout process with the Google pay filling in wrong credit card number. Took me several tries and about 45 minutes. I am not very computer savvy. Got her done anyway”
