“The website was very difficult to use, I made address changes to my account as I moved recently and for two days I tried to make the purchase and it would never take my shipping info, and kept giving me an error message. You guys have great products but need to work on your website. Many people might have just looked for what they need elsewhere.”

“The ordering process worked easily. I wish they would’ve charged my sales tax the state rate instead of a higher rate and I don’t understand that. For one single small magazine for an AR the shipping charge of almost $10 to be delivered 60 miles from their location seems a bit high. I’ve written about this before, but they’ve never answered me why the increased prices charged for shipping and the higher sales tax than the state charges. But the website ordering process works well.”

“This is my second attempt to purchase this weapon they had it at a very good price with Credova as a choice for financing which is a good thing. First attempt Credova was gathering info and instructed me to return to the site in an hour, when I did so, the gun was out of stock. I do not know if this company is aware of the choices that their customers make as paying methods but if they are, the item in question should be held in reserve until the sale is completed. On my second try they could not find my banking institute ,a credit union that has been around for decades, caused me to buy direct. Is this a planned thig like the old bait and switch?”

“Purchase was easy enough, but your checkout process is super clumsy compared to other online firearms retailers... Credit card page needs spaces(coding issue), larger fonts, your Account sign up is dated and cumbersome, and nearly cost you the sale, the Warranty gets in the way, and appears nickel and dimey to the customer. Someone is trying to throw you money, because you have the best deal, in stock. On an item they could buy at forty other competitors, perhaps it is best to stop hindering the process with endless pop ups and myriad of steps. Don't give the potential customer a dozen reasons to change their mind because your Checkout process is outdated and clumsy. That's just bad form, guys. The coding on your webpage, the part you don't see, is slow and cumbersome and could be greatly streamlined.”

“Need to go around the warehouse picking up AR'S and non AR'S look for gas blocks on all rifles. And put in supplemental information section in the fire information section if they have adjustable block or not. That if not you need to tell the customers if the can put suppressor on it or not???”

“It didn't the website is not organized well. I am someone who developed websites for fortune 500 companies and also European countries. This site should be reviewed and updated. Shipping costs were not explained, and I didn't know the cost of shipping until paying for the order, disappointing to say the least. If I hadn't already spent the time picking out a rifle I would have gone to a different site.”
