“Classic has everything you’ll need to be a gun owner. They have great prices across the board and sales/specials that can’t be beat! “I ordered a Savage single shot .22 LR rifle shipped to my FFL. When it arrived it turned out to be Savage's single shot .22 SMOOTHBORE. It had the warning right on the barrel, .22 Shot Cartridges Only". That wouldn't do me any good so I called Classic and arranged to return it. By then they were out of the item I wanted but they charged me $28.00 restocking for something that wasn't my fault. Plus I am out return shipping costs.”

“Ordered from them. Package was in transit and then never came. I wrote and checked out reviews and a lot of reviews said the same thing. I dug deep and then played hardball. They ship lesser products, let them get caught up in the USPS, in which somehow the package gets damaged and then returned to sender, in which is turned over to insurance pay out. They repackage it and do it again. You as a customer they do not care about. In fact they do not care about these reviews either. For me, I got ahold of the people where package was in holding and they said it was damaged. I wrote the company to tell them I am going to let it out and they ended up sending me the damaged package. It was not what I ordered. It was a cheaper version of the 9999mm I ordered. Said keep it, it's on us. WOW, just wow. They know who I am, trust me, lol....”

“Will never shop with this company again. Package got lost in the mail and got nothing but the runaround with this company!! And this was after I bought the shipping insurance. What a joke better off going to a pawn shop.”

“Tokarev 12P Shotgun I paid, $310.59 to Classic Firearms. What I was refunded was $265.24. So why did you, CF, reduce my refund by $45.35? Remember, you are the ones who sent me an unreliable firearm - that I could not fire. Your vendor is responsible for quality and any shipping or other costs. So again, why are you charging me? Because I received unreliable/unsafe products from you?”

“They have horrible customer service. I don’t know what the heck is going on with this system I ordered some parts one had to go to FFL and Laura had to go to an FFL all the other part for marked ship to me shipped to my home address or magazines and AR lower parts. They couldn’t find that package because it wasn’t attached to the Firearm it was so hard for me to get any kind of communication. They were just rude and there was this one female that was just indignant. I got worse the three other boxes to show shipped, but she didn’t put tracking on which I paid for I insured I did all these things and still they wouldn’t refund my money. So buyer beware I wouldn’t recommend these dudes at all. They’re better prices on the Internet.”

“Merchandise is fair but DO NOT "finance" it is a lease. I am paying $3200+ for guns I bought which actually cost a little over $1400. Rip off. I am paying $135.18 a month for 24 months then have to pay another $208 or I don't own anything.”
