“Sometimes difficult in searching specific items without including so many options the you need to look all over the place to find the items you want. IN THE CHAT however, Jay was super helpful and kind.”

“Sorry to hear about all the problems. I've bought 3 rifles in the past 7 months...and a panzer AR12 shotgun. Everything arrived timely and in good shape. Just realizing the shotgun has a problem and have just reached out to them and it's likely a manufacturer problem not theirs. Hopefully more of you get the service I got in the future.”

“I read many of the reviews indicating delays in shipping. I purchased a handgun and my FFL dealer had it in (3) three working days excluding the weekend. My first experience with the company and will do business again.”

“My wife ordered a rifle January 16th.. it finally arrived, February 15th. Its exactly as described. Shipping was ridiculous. But under the circumstances, it wasn't terrible. The customer support is hard to get ahold of. But when we got through. They were very understanding and respectful. They explained the delay. And so on. I had a bad experience because of supply and demand. Not their fault. Is what it is...”

“I wrote a previous review with one star. The Compliance manager saw the review and contacted me immediately. She apologized profusely and fixed everything quickly. She is wonderful and was very professional. My original review stands as far as the customer service department goes. You’ll notice, most of the bad reviews concern the customer service department. However, there are very good people at classic firearms. Finding them is the problem.”

“Bought 5000 rounds of ammo. It was taking a little longer getting my order shipped, so I emailed the company later one night over the weekend. I got online to look at reviews and saw a below-average rating. I was a bit nervous. The next business day I received an email stating it has been taking them about 10-15 days to get orders out. The order was shipped on about day 12. I received it about 3 or 4 days later. I would have given a 5 had the order been shipped within about 5 days or if I would have been informed that it would be about 2 weeks before the order would get out. Either way, it was still a good experience shopping at ClassicFirearms.com, and I will do it again!!”

“I ordered a new “hard to find” ak from them after they sent me an in stock notification and they sent it to my ffl. Then ordered ammo a month later and got it after a couple weeks. Can’t complain, slow shipping due to covid was on the homepage. So I prefer them to Atlantic but not as good as primary or palmetto.”

“Always had great success ordering from them until recently with this pandemic on one order there was a FFL issue and now a month later Jay Jackson big thank you got it taken care of for me and FYI if you're ordering something with a magazine restriction for your state good luck with that i definitely give them one star on that hopefully they update their website to choose a different magazine capacity for restricted States i tried for over 2 months to order firearm even without a magazine and that I had no success with them.”
