“I referred a family member prior to getting the info of $50 for a referral. Can I still get them and myself a $50 gift card? Its unfortunate if we can not get the $50 gift cards.”

“Pretty bad It took months to be with clean choice in the meantime you charge me more then when I first try And I am still not sure if I am with clean choice since I got a bill from Arcadia”

“We have had many recent issues with our account including, most recently, cancellation of our account by Clean Choice Energy by mistake. We were then put back on PPL's default energy rate plan, which is over 2X the cost of the plan we had with Clean Choice Energy. In the meantime, we have had to follow-up with Clean Choice Energy on correction of this matter many times and it is still uncorrected at this time. It has been very frustrating and time-consuming process.”
