Cannot rate because I am used to seeing suds and I don’t see any. How do I know the clothes are clean? I certainly understand the other benefits and that’s great! I just am not used to “sud less” washing! Thanks, Nancy

I went with CleanChoice as my electric supplier because they had the best price, a fixed rate, no cancellation fee, and a 1 year term.

Clean choice is RESPONSIVE. I joined a year and a half ago. Their rate was 22 cents kwh. Last march they suddenly charged me 24 cents. I protested; they immediately apologized and reduced my rate to 14 cents for a year. Good on them

Really too soon to tell. Have received our second bill since changing, but haven't had a chance to compare. It has decreased dramatically. Thank you

I'm satisfied and actually saved an additional $32 from my previous bill with about the same usage. Unfortunately , my son locked into a rate lower than mine from a supplier in Dublin Ohio

After being a long-time customer, I recently missed my annual form completion, it was easily and immediately solved by the first customer rep I spoke with... 5 min max. And later, I could see the positive results.

Love the idea and how easy it is to sign up. Would just recommend clarifying the rewards program; it’s confusing as is. Do you redeem rewards for gift cards? Or just enter into giveaways? Giveaways aren’t particularly useful, since it’s too unlikely for anything to actually gain anything. Why not offer discounts on the service itself as a reward?

I appreciate being able to choose a provider that includes sustainable means for electricity. I would have also appreciated knowing when my contract was up to avoid higher fees. As a result I went with IGS because they took the time to make it happen. I am still a huge proponent of wind, water, and solar energy production ni matter what company provides it to me.
