Have only just joined this company and what a big mistake it has been. Tell you anything to get you on board . Going to change as soon as possible. Has cost me a fortune. Stay clear!!

They were one of the best value companies for a few years until recently when they have lost their way. I received an email from them regarding price increases planned for October. They have sneaked in an additional standing charge on top of the standard tariff increase. Now they expect you to pay £40+ a year for literally nothing at all on top of electric that you use which also increased in price. Another thing I disliked is the default charity £1 amount pre-selected when buying top-ups online. Donating to an external charity should always default to £0 and if people want to change that it's up to them. It's annoying to have wasted money by overlooking a default setting that was very presumptuous of them in the first place. Buying electric should not result in consumers making accidental charity donations when all they wanted was electric.

reps don't care at all and will happily lie to your face to get a quick sale. advised me that my current supplier is going cut off my electric supply after brexit and up their unit rate at the end of april which is obviously untrue. why say that? advised they are the cheapest provider on the market, also untrue, they are ONE of the cheapest, but definitely not the best. click reps have been round my door 4+ times over the past few months and honestly i don't know who is training or hiring these young men but they are so rude and honestly intimidating. don't take no for an answer, i saw a review below where a lady was leaving her house with her baby and she was cornered by the click rep. i had the same experience, my child was in my arms crying and the click rep would not even let me walk past my doorway without getting my details. this is an invasion of privacy and honestly is disgusting behaviour. I have contacted trading standards about this so hopefully they have a nice big fine coming their way but unfortunately it will change nothing. not to mention their call center staff being extremely rude and talking over me at every chance they get. steer clear of this company!!!

Financial institution stepped in to recover funds taken without issuing vend code. Avoid this company. Im changing providers as soon as possible

Bullying sales tactics and bringing called love in a condecending manner will never get you new customers .If I don't agree with your sales person then he just keeps arguing .I tried to leave my house with my baby this morning but unfortunately was cornered by a very ignorant sale person who just wouldn't give up .

Been waiting on confirmation of a credit I applied for when I signed up in October. Have called on 4 separate occasions to be told it will be applied in next bill. Still not there.

I received a message today from someone called Josh saying he was in the area and could call to do my switch over, I replied no thanks as I am sick so today isn’t suitable. He wrote back that he could do it from outside the house and all I would have to do is talk to someone on the phone to verify I am happy with the switch, I told him again today wasn’t convenient as I was sick .. he said again but I can do it from the outside of the house .. I then got angry and told him to forget about it as I’ve already stated I am sick and he said he would cancel the application. Someone from click has just shown up at my door to complete a switch over, I’m not sure if it’s lack of communication or just plain stupidity but no means no!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, decided to change provider after feeling as though I was constantly topping my electric up nearly £40 a week. Received a phonecall from click energy in which a man was asking me my reasoning for leaving them, after constantly talking over me, being sarcastic and just nothing but rude and disrespectful I put the phone down. Have never left a review anywhere and this employee has made me so angry worst bit is i would have probably stayed with them if they could have explained my changes! Disgusting company

Can't top up online....tried from midnight to 1.30am..displays wrong kpn number entered...20 correct entries it still displays this. So frustrating...Plus they guilt trick you by automatically giving a £1 out of a £5 top up to their chosen charity! Also the swipe card doesn't swipe at paypoint ..embarrassing with a queue. I have an early flight in the morning leaving my apartment with no electric for the weekend.

I live on my own from you out your prices up I can't afford it .I have used £20 in 5 day's .would look over using so much but I work out every day.The sooner i change supplier the better because it's a absolute disgrace.

Was quite happy for the first couple of months, but now there has be a big price hike and it feels to me as if it was intentional and planned. Offer a low price to get you signed up and when you do they jack the price up would advise people to avoid Click Energy, I wish I had.

It was going well for first few weeks. Now it seems to have doubled in price. I am going to change back to my original supplier not happy at all

Only joined a few weeks ago but price has already risen from 15.49 to 16.99 in 1 week of moving. I'm in process of moving back to my old supplier who is much cheaper but click have left me in a position where I can't top up with them and other provider isn't ready to complete the move so I'm left without electricity. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
