Tell the people what you are going to do with prices, then when you got them put your prices up higher , click is now more expensive, than others, you put your prices up and , and changed the code at the same time , so you could not top up your meter at the old rate , What does that say ?

I switched to click because the other providers were going up in price to match the Click price point and Click were offering free meter top ups. I top up about £12 a week which I think is reasonable. What I like about them is, quite frankly, everything! From the sales guy who came to the door cold calling. To the interaction I have had regarding my email and Click account. What I especially like is the online account system they have. It recognises me immediately, has my payment details and account number, so topping up takes about 20 seconds ... brilliant! Plus, if you have any friends who switch using your details, you receive a bonus top up courtesy of Click. Well done Click.

So far very pleased - best customer service I have experienced, very impressed. Planning on registering for the click backs which will be handy and hopefully save me quite a bit of money in the run up to Christmas, used to dread the costs of gifts at Christmas but hopefully using click backs will help bring the bills down. I was surprised that my regular grocery shop I can get discount every time I shop - win win in my opinion. Thanks again Click Energy.

Brilliant customer service and love love love saving a fortune with Clickbacks - I get discount off shopping in the high street and I do my grocery shop in Tesco and am saving money week in week out! I know the price has gone up recently but all the electricity suppliers have increased their prices or announced they will be increasing their prices- I am very happy with the service they have given. Top class company A++++++++++++

I had a few energy suppliers before & I was sick of getting ripped of one month I could use the same Electric & I always put the same amount in every month but it just didn’t seem to last & then I’d get the same letter to say prices where going up even though I’d already noticed a difference! & then click energy came & the gentleman was so nice he explained everything told me that no way would the electric do what it had been doing before & also that I would get so much extra every so often if I stayed a customer so I changed & I am so glad I did I put the same amount in every month & I know what I use is the same & my electric always last not like before I’ve also had people canvassing for others at my door but I will not change over & honestly they don’t like it but once you know you can actually trust someone why would you leave them thank you click energy for being honest & also having a top up as it’s not easy being disabled & not being able to get out as often to the shops so topping up online is a life saver yous are the best

i live on dungiven rd derry.your salesman tried selling my family click energy with 50 quid free electricity,we said wed think about it.2 weeks later one of your salespeople rang up,we declined and said thank you.our question is why have you rang our no,another 40 times in the last ten days,we have 2 autistic children here and find it so hard to get 5 minutes peace,im sure you don't know our problems and I'm also sure you don't care,either way you wouldn't be ringing a private no,40 times.there has to be some way I can inform the public of your bully boy taktiks.dont you agree.leave us alone please.

I’m very happy with click energy I was previously with Budget energy and had built up a large credit on my account from being with them for several months when I called them to ask if it could be transferred back I was told it would be passed to there accounts team after months of chasing them i finally got it back ( 9 weeks after my First call) but my direct debits remained the same. With click energy I didn’t even need to call about my account balance after 6 months of being with them I was building up another credit I received an email to say having reviewed my account they have reduced my direct debits saving me £23 per month and transferred £80 back which arrived into my bank account 5 days later now talk about fantastic customer service there is no hassle they look after your account I will definitely be staying with click energy, keep up the great work 👍🏻

Recently switched to click energy got told it was the same price as my old provider which it isn’t it’s more expensive. Will definitely not be staying with this Company.

When I first joined Click Energy last January I found it to be cheaper than the energy supply I was with. This was my reason to move, also there were other incentives of click energy credit codes of £20.00 and £15.00. and further £20.-- which as to date I have not received for the December month. I also found the Click energy has now raised their fee per unit in December which was a bit of a disappointment. however. I would now like to receive my Credit bonus for being with Clickenergy for a year. Awaiting your reply and Token numbers for Credit on Electricity as promised. Carmel Carroll

Absolutely terrible customer service, decided to change provider after feeling as though I was constantly topping my electric up nearly £40 a week. Received a phonecall from click energy in which a man was asking me my reasoning for leaving them, after constantly talking over me, being sarcastic and just nothing but rude and disrespectful I put the phone down. Have never left a review anywhere and this employee has made me so angry worst bit is i would have probably stayed with them if they could have explained my changes! Disgusting company
