“It’s not often that I feel like, or take the time to write a review, but this is most definitely required. Having purchased a 1000 Ltr outdoor cushion storage box, we found it to be damaged most probably from transit. I was very apprehensive on what to do next so I decided to send a return message on WhatsApp (this is used to notify as well as email) Immediately I received a call from Abbs the business owner. Her attention to customer satisfaction was outstanding. It was agreed that a replacement would be delivered and the damaged product would be returned at the same time. I was messaged at every stage of this process and assured multiple times that my ultimate satisfaction was the main accomplishment. This service was outstanding and something that I’ve never received before. I am more than happy with my purchase but even more happier with the response I received during this purchase. “I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever had from an online company, updates of order etc. I will always look here before I go anywhere else. This is old fashioned service a lot of companies could do with looking at what this company does . Thanks again”

“We found a lamp shade in a high street shop but they didn't have the size we wanted and quoted £10 extra to get it and deliver it! A quick internet search and found several online shops selling the same thing at varying prices. Click Style was a competitive price and I'm delighted with all aspects of the purchase - great communication, quick despatch and very well packed.”

“Absolutely 5 STAR experience! The mirror is beautiful and the service was excellent. Communication from the minute I bought this to the arrival was the best online experience I’ve had! Abbie kept me posted regarding delivery all the way through. Delivery was seamless- arrived when it said it would and they even checked if they should take their shoes off to deliver into the house! “Best customer service I've had in years. Seller responded to my whatsapp message within minutes and immediately sent a replacement item as original one had v minor issue (no fault of sellers). Very polite, personal and thorough service, and kept me up to date on order confirmation and deliveries via whatsapp email and telephone. The item was the most competitively priced amongst 5-6 other well known retailers and dispatched sooner than quoted by the bigger companies too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Very good experience”
