“We recently ordered a sofa from Click Style, and the experience has been one that I can honestly say is the best online ordering experience ever. Once we had ordered online, Abbie from Click Style got in touch and explained everything we needed to know. She then reached out frequently to keep us up to date on the delivery and personally oversaw the delivery to ensure there were no issues - even calling me 30 minutes prior to the delivery arriving so I could be ready. The next day Abbie reached out again to check we were 100% happy with the sofa. Many thanks Abbie, you truly do know how to make a customer feel important. I can honestly say it's been a massive pleasure ordering from you. 100% would recommed this company, they really do know how to treat their customers.”

“Absolutely superb, faultless service. To be honest, I received a full retail personal shopping experience ( yet I ordered online ) it was surreal. “I first encountered Click Style whilst looking for a specfic manaufacturers product on my regular search engine. The Click Style website opened very eaily and was strightforward to navigate. Having identified the product I required the transaction went to completion very smoothly. The product was delivered in full and on time as promised. Subsequent communications with Click Style, regarding time and date of delivery, displayed excellent custcmer care. I felt valued and respected throughout. I recommend them as a supplier and will be using them again.”

“Very rarely do you deal with a company with such a 'Customer First' approach as I've just found with my first (and not last) purchase from Click Style. They may, for now, be small but with such excellent help and communications I predict big things. So nice these days to be speaking with a human and not Al. Although they may not always be able to compete £ for £ with the big boys, having a person to help is a big plus in our increasingly anonymous world. I believe you forget the price you paid long before you forget how the business treated you.”
