“What an amazing experience with Click Style! We had a query before we ordered from their webside and from this point onwards the communication was fantastic - quick, friendly, knowledgable and accurate (so many online businesses could learn the art of proper customer service from Abbie and her team!). Once we placed the order we were kept up to date throughout, including being informed of when the order would be delivered, and then checking afterwards to ensure all was okay. Nothing went wrong, but it was so easy to communicate with Click Style we would absolutely use them again as we are certin that if there were any problems they would be dealt with rapidly and effectively. Cannot speak highy enough about this company and we highly recommend them to anyone else considering using them.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with this small business. After placing my order, I received a lovely personal WhatsApp message, which immediately made the service feel so much more personal and thoughtful. Unfortunately, I no longer required my order, but as soon as I got in touch, she acted immediately and contacted the courier to stop the delivery and arrange for it to be returned to sender. The communication throughout was fantastic; prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The refund was processed straight away, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of customer service was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever received. It’s rare to find a business that is so responsive, professional, and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily order again in the future.”
