“Absolutely disgusted with this clinic had a hair transplant 15 months ago ruined my hair patches on the donar area I have contacted the clinic which have been un helpful am going down the root of legal advise. They also sent me a form to sign if I wanted my money back but if I post on social media I am liable to pay them 20 grand do not use this clinci do ur research I wish I did.”

“Breast reduction—I’m posting this review post op 1 year after my surgery. I had my concerns a few months in, but as per instruction they state results are final one year after surgery. I’ve been left with odd size breast, odd size nipples, inverted nipples, a under hang of skin under my breast (which is clearly visible, and runs alongside my scar) they're sagging and I’ve no feeling in them 12 months on either. I reached out to dr cargi after care team and was told, I could PAY to correct the surgery as they don’t believe any malpractice has been done (if no malpractice, then what exactly would I be paying to correct?) please please do your research, yes 3 months post op they were perky and looked great and at that time I could have left a 5 star review, but please review this procedure from someone whose been a good few months post op and left with the final results. Extremely disappointed in the results and after care team taking zero ownership even after the concerns and photos I evidenced.”

“AVOID!! DO NOT FOLLOW THE GOOD REVIEWS, CHECK THE BAD ONES !! I have done a rhinoplasty some time ago. It was unsuccesfull he didn't corrected anything, he forgot to put nasal tubes, after care clinic doesn't exist( they will tell u because of the pandemic u cannot visit the clinic, even if u have infection and bleed, thag's what happened to me). After all evaluations, instead of admitting he f***ed up, he said operation was succesful, and if i really want a second one, to pay for it again. ATTENTION, ON THE OPERATION DAY, U WILL SIGN SOME PAPERS IN TURKISH LANGUAGE, BY SIGNING THEM U AGREE THAT EVEN IF HE FKS UP, AYDIN GOZU DOESN'T CARE AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSABILITY. LOTS OF PAIN, LOTS OF MONEY SPENT AND LOST FOR NOTHING. I have also met lots of people coming for the second operation..but i didn't understood that at thw moment..i understand it now, and i regret choosing him. I saw so many good reviews and i decided he is the best..but is all a rip off. AVOID, PAY MORE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRIES, IT WILL COST U LESS EVENTUALLY !!!!”

“WENT FOR SOME IMPLANTS, GINGIVECTOMY ETC.I HAD A NEGATIVE REACTION TO THE ANAESTHETIC.I BENT OVER DOUBLE AS MY THROAT AND NASAL PASSAGES BEGAN TO SWELL AND I BEGAN TO CHOKE.I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE.THE DENTAL STAFF THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO LAUGH AT ME.NOT ONCE DID THEY THINK TO CALL FOR AN AMBULANCE, OBVIOUSLY, THEY WERE TOO WORRIED ABOUT THEIR COMPANY'S IMAGE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS IN THE WAITING ROOM. AFTER AROUND 30 MINUTES OF RECOVERY,I HAD TO SIT UPRIGHT(SO THAT I COULD BREATH PROPERLY)IN THE DENTIST'S CHAIR WHILE THE IMPLANTS WERE INSERTED. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM, THERE WAS A LARGE GROUP OF STAFF MEMBERS HUDDLED TOGETHER OUTSIDE, SMOKING AND LAUGHING AT ME AGAIN. ONCE I GOT BACK TO MY OWN COUNTRY,I LODGED MY COMPLAINTS. THE ADMISSIONS WERE MADE BY THEMSELVES. I HAVE THE WHATSAPP SCREENSHOTS AS EVIDENCE. DURING THIS PROCESS THEY CONTINUED TO SWITCH MY "CARE COORDINATERS"(AYKUT,TOLGA ÇAKIRGOZ AND ONUR MOTORCU) IN AN ATTEMPT TO SIDETRACK ME. THE PROFESSIONAL TERM FOR THIS STRATEGY IS CALLED "SWITCHING". EACH OF THEM HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME TO GO BACK AND PAY THEM FOR A SECOND SESSION OF DENTAL WORK.NEEDLESSTOSAY,I DECLINED. I NOW HAVE UNFINISHED WORK ON MY TEETH. THE ABUTMENTS AND CROWNS ARE MISSING AND MY TEETH AND GUMS ARE PAINFUL AND ARE BLEEDING REGULARLY AFTER 3 MONTHS. THEIR SUPPLIERS STILL HAVE THE REMAINING PARTS.I DEMANDED THAT THEY REFUND ME FOR THE REMAINING PIECES OF THE IMPLANTS AND FOR THE WORK I PAID FOR TO HAVE THEM ATTACHED (BECAUSE ONCE IMPLANTS ARE PAID FOR THE ATTACHMENT PROCEDURE IS INCLUDED). “DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC. IT’S A SCAM!! This is literally scam; therefore, I will not recommend this place to anyone. After I paid my 200 euro deposit the coordinator, she told me that I will not be able to get my deposit back because this deposit locks in the price they got quoted. However, before I headed to Istanbul I asked my coordinator (Emre) if the price would be the same for veneers, and he stated that the price for laminated veneers would be the same. They promised me 20 Zirconium Crowns/ Veneers and 4 Onley for 3860 euro. However, my dentist told me that the price for 20 laminated veneers would be 6000 euro, I was in shocked because I only knew I was going to pay in total 3860 euro, and when I asked the dentist why my price has changed, she said that Emre the coordinator has given me the wrong information and that he did not know the difference between veneers and crowns. SO, if Emre have given me the wrong information why do I need to pay more for the procedure, as I have done exactly what the coordinator told me. If I only knew that the price would change I would not have chosen the Clinic Center, as there are others clinic that offers better service and price. Emre and another coordinator promised me also that I will have a physical consultation and we will design my “new” teeth together when I arrived to the dentist here in Istanbul but that did not happen. When I arrived to the dentist at 2 pm, I had to fill out some forms and after that we took X-Ray of my teeth and they concluded that it would be best for me to have crowns and not veneers. I refused the offer and told them that I wanted laminated veneers but they kept ignoring what I wanted and only recommended that I should have crowns. This to me is very unprofessional. First of all, they changed my price, second of all they did not have physical consultation with me and so on… Because zirconium crowns are a lot cheaper then laminated veneers, they did not want me to choose what I wanted but instead for them money was more important. However, when I got back to my hotel after 7 hours at the dentist, I texted my coordinator (Emre) and asked him what happened to the package I was quoted for and he could not really answer my simple question. So If cannot get my deposit back because the price is locked for the package that I was offer to, why has my price and package changed? I have tried to call Emre several times, but he does not reply to any of my calls or my simple question and instead asking me to pay the remaining amount. I called my lawyer (family lawyer here in Istanbul) and told him about my situation and he was as surprised as I was for the price, package and service. My lawyer has tried to call Emre several times but no response. I told Emre that I want my money back, and I will cover the amount for the days I’ve stayed in the hotel and what the dentist done so far (NOTHING) but he is refusing. Also because I did not have my physical consultation, I am to scared to go back there and let them touch my teeth. Also, I wanted to state that the clinic is very dirty and the dentist and customers were not using face mask so I felt there was no restriction due to COVID. Also to mention this, I talked to several coordinators and they all gave me different information, price and package. So be very careful if your choosing this clinic center. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY FROM YOU.”

“The thieves Be verry carrefuly when you choose your clinic !I have paid the 200 euro deposit for a surgery ,after few month I have change my mind I sad I will give up to the surgery whith them because I find out to many bad reviewers.I ask them to send me back my money and surprises .they said we can t give you back the money because this amount keep your price locked and because I accepted the terms &conditions where they practically say you can cancel any time !Anyway they are not professional ,I book a face to face appoiment here in London ,which has not been confirmed never .My only consultation was via messaging on Whatsapp whith one guy from call center .Verry disappointed.I wish them to buy candle whith my money!”
