“#Avoid# Only just returned back in the UK a few days ago. I'm writing this review by comparing the experience of hair transplant with another clinic from October 2020 my first treatment. This was my first time using ClinicExpert I was very disappointed with the following:
*Typical sales Agent (Emre) whom you never meet once there. Will say anything to get you to go with them.
*Was given a different hotel for the first night, hotel was poor (BH Conference and Airport) no air conditioning and Windows did not open otherwise it was okay for one night, I guess. Next day we were transferred to Point Hotel Taksim.
*When asked what time the vehicle would be arriving to transfer us (check out time between 11am-12pm). Was told by Emre (agent) his trying to sort a vehicle for us and is struggling to provide the service we might need to wait until 4pm (4hrs). So, we decided to get a private taxi which ClinicExpert never offered to pay for.
*Point Hotel Taksim good location if you want a busy and noisy place (Similar to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester UK).
*The rooms were not the best definitely not 5-star hotel standard. In 2020 I stayed at another Point Hotel which was amazing.
*After arriving at the clinic (MEDICINE HOSPITAL Barbaros, Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Cd. No:149 34203, 34203 Bağcılar/İstanbul, Turkey) we had a consultation with doctor’s assistant (Manal). She said I had to pay extra as I needed two sessions because of extracting hair from chest area next day. Even though I did tell Emre (agent) I'm after full coverage and good density) so give me a quote based on that. They still insisted I had to pay a discounted price with apologies. So, I decided to pay for an extra session.
*Did not receive any receipts for payment. I had to remind them to give the receipts. Two of my colleagues did not receive receipts at all even though we asked a few times.
*ONLY SEEN THE DOCTOR BRIEFLY DURING THE CONSULTATION. NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR AFTER THIS. #IMPORTANT PART#
*During the treatment the medical team (surgeon) were cracking jokes and laughing out loud between themselves on the first session. Was not very professional as Manal made it seem like our health mattered the most during consultation. After making a complaint regarding this was told, it's a long procedure they have to keep active.
*Next day session was similar experience but I did manage to get payment receipts for 1st and 2nd sessions.
*Hair was extracted from chest and beard on 2nd session. Chest hair extraction from a whole area instead of different areas to keep future growth looking natural.
Looking at the hair implementation it doesn't look very dense. Will wait and see.
This is my honest review of my experience with ClinicExpert (one of the oldest clinics in Istanbul). I will write another 12 months later based on the results. Personally, I would never recommend this clinic to anyone based upon current experience and compared with one in 2020. In 2020 with another clinic whom the service was amazing the treatment was okay and the doctor was involved. Only problem was one of my colleague’s crown areas blending was very poor (basic errors) after making a complaint to that clinic they stopped replying. Hence why we chose ClinicExpert this time. Only if there was an option to give zero stars rating. Most people have not had experiences with two different clinics so they don't know any different. Look for authentic Turkish clinics with pure Turkish doctors not Turkish citizen doctors. Thanks for reading and good luck.”
“Please please don’t go to this hospital. It’s not a hospital it’s a butchers company. Service there is very very bad whatever you ask the nurse do not even respond or care about you actually nobody cares about you there you have to keep pay them money to give you a bottle of water, all what they care about is taking your money they do not even care about the results, do not ever trust the translators or the person who calls you to plan with you everything before you go there they all liars. Me and my three friends went there in September 5 2021, our surgeries was on the 7th. After three days thy Kick us out of the hospital with all health problems that we had by the way our surgeries was tummyTuck, breast lift, hand lift and face lift. I’m not going to talk a lot I’m going to Attach pictures to improve all the results today is October 23, 2021”

“I had my operation done from them two years ago and it did not go well , im going Istanbul next week to discuss with them Because they never reply to my emailer my phone calls , look at the watts app messages , they read them but never reply , I’m from the United Kingdom my self and a lot of people from the U.K. go Istanbul for transplant and if they don’t help me I will have to expose them so bad till they shutdown, I have pictures and videos of my self ,the clinic etc ..... the whole of my side is butchered , I will keep posting about their clinic until I get a refund look at some of the watts app messages , they read them and never reply , a disgrace ,, will keep you posted and will let everyone know about the out come in sha alla”

“Je suis parti de Montréal pour avoir la greffe en Turquie à la ClinicExpert. J'en suis à ma troisième semaine post-opératoire.
Je n'ai eu aucun problème dans mes déplacements, tout était efficace et au-delà de mes attentes. En arrivant à la clinique j'étais immédiatement pris en charge.
Plusieurs personnes se disait comme étant "médecin" dans la clinique chose pour laquelle je ne suis pas entièrement convaincu étant moi-même infirmier de profession et étudiant en médecine mais bon je ne connais pas la formation académique qu'ils reçoivent là-bas. Il ne s'agissait que des personnes m'ayant expliqué les conseils post-opératoire donc cela n'avait pas vraiment d'importance pour moi étant donné que ce qu'il disaient faisaient beaucoup de sens pour moi malgré tout. Ah ! Et le pansement la première nuit ça coule dans le lit ! Mettez une serviette c'est normal.
Il est certain que lors de l'intervention, beaucoup de gens entrent et sortent et ils discutent entre eux et mettent également de la musique. il faut s'y attendre ! Globalement, la chirurgie a durée 10 heures pour une transplantation de 4250 greffons et je n'ai eu aucune complication mis à part un enflure au visage qui a duré une semaine. Il m'avais prévenu de garder la tête droite pour éviter cela mais étant en période d'examens à l'université cela a été plutôt difficile. Ne vous gênez pas lors du design de la ligne frontale dans votre front, moi ce n'était pas à mon goût et je l'ai fait recommencer 3 fois avant de commencer l'opération.
Un fort avantage de la clinique est qu'ils vous mettent sous sédation pour vous anesthésier le cuir chevelu ! La procédure est donc 100 % sans douleur car vous dormirez profondément lors de la première heure et direz peut-être de drôles de choses à votre réveil. La clinique était propre. Les infirmières et les chirurgiens (J'ai eu deux chirurgiens sur moi tour à tour) avaient l'air très habiles et ils n'en étaient pas à leur premier BBQ.
On m'a vendu beaucoup de produits mais dans mon cas je voulais maximiser mes chances de réussite. Je suis donc revenu avec du PRP, le casque à rayons, des suppléments, sérum et shampoing. Ils veulent bien entendu faire des revenus supplémentaires mais vous n'êtes pas obligé de les acheter.
Lors de mon séjour, j'en ai aussi profité pour faire du Botox et injections sous les cernes étant donné que les prix sont vraiment avantageux. C'était correct !
J'ai aussi fait un nettoyage dentaire mais je ne le conseille pas ! Le dentiste "se crissait" pas mal de moi et le nettoyage a duré 4 minutes Top chrono ! Je crois que j'irais ailleurs pour des services dentaire quoi que j'ai de belles dents droites et en bonne santé donc peut-être le dentiste ne comprenait pas trop ce que je faisais là.
Les communications à mon retour avec la clinique sont un peu longues depuis mon retour mais somme toute j'ai trouvé la fille avec qui j'ai discuté très gentille et sécurisante.
Je vous conseille de prendre des notes sur les soins à faire pour votre retour car les instructions remises en Français étaient parfois un peu vagues.. Pour ma part, j'étais stressé lorsque les croûtes ce sont mises à tomber et je ne savais plus trop quoi faire mais je savais qu'elles devaient être toutes tombées avant le jour 15. Il y a plein de vidéos Youtube vraiment aidant pour ça !
Bref, je met 4 étoiles car je suis satisfait et que je savais un peu à quoi m'attendre. Si les résultats sont aux rendez-vous sur la zone implantée je vais n'avoir rien à dire !”

“The worst dental clinic i have EVER been to. I travelled to clinic expert all the way from Spain to be treated so horrible by the clinic. There were two incidents where firstly, i was left in a transport for two hours because the driver went to the other side of Istanbul to collect money from someone who was probably a customer. But the worst incident was when i spent from 5:30 pm to 6:00AM the next day in the clinic waiting for my teeth to be put on and the doctor kept me waiting for 13 HOURS and then a employee at the laboratory broke one of the zirconium teeth because he was tired and stressed and this led to the doctor not been able to do any work on my teeth. So imagine waiting in the clinic, with hunger and sleeping on the clinic couch for 13 HOURS to have nothing done. It was by far the worst experience and treatment i have ever had and i hated it there. They did not even give me compensation for this bad treatment. The only thing they said was sorry. I do not recommend anyone to go to this clinic because they are very unprofessional and all they care about is the money, all they want is clients and they try to fit all the clients with only one doctor which is why i spent 13 hours there. The doctor was also crazy, she had very loud music on with dirty words in the background when she was always doing my teeth, which led me to have a massive headache whenever i left the dentist. Overall very bad experience with this clinic and i dont want anyone to go through what i did.”
“Clinic Expert was beyond peefection
My experienxe was successful and İ was över satisfied. İ came to Turkey for Hair transplant and blepharoplasty. From the start, honesty and transparency was the key of choosing them as a trusty clinic. I had my test ready before traveling to make sure I am suitable for the Hair transplant. At the hospital the doctor filled me in with all details and nurses kept me updated during the procedure.
I had HT then a day to rest then blepharoplasty.
I felt tired but they took care of me very well and I appreciate it alot.
Now I am in the recovery period. Already happy with my eyelid transformation and can't wait for my hair .”

• the pickup was on time and the driver was waiting for me in front of the airport. During my stay he was the one responsible for my transportation in Istanbul from the hotel to the hospital.
•the operation went great. I had DHI with Choi pen, 3200grafts. Before the operation the doctor gave me full details about the process, we draw the hairline together and ordered a blood test to make sure everything is okay. During the operation they kept me entertained by some music and chats. After the operation I rested then in the day after I got my hairwash
•The hospital was clean and they respected the sanitary measurements. It was big hospital so I understand when some doctors and nurses are busy and that's normal, yes I waited for some time to get my test done and to get the medical kit but it's alright I understand (I know some people won't understand)
•The call agent was friendly and helpful he was there for me, asking about my situations and making sure that everything went alright
• The hotel was nice, my room had a good view and I enjoyed my stay there.
Bottom line everything was as expected and I enjoyed my experience with them
Waiting for the results but I am sure that I will have good look

I came 3 days ago for hair transplant and it went very well. With choi pen technology, I had the ability to implant 2900 grafts to redo my frontline and get more density in the vertex area.
The operation went well, they really respected the sanitary measurement(what I really appreciate) the hotel was good, the chauffor was nice and I had a trustful translator.

“I came to turkey on 12th of April to get my teeth fixed. I will be having implants and crowns.
Through this visit, I had removed the effected details, cleaned my gum, prepared it by having a small cut to place the titanium implant in the jaw bone.its the first part of the process
Now I have to wait 3 month for it to heal and then am going to come again for the implant itself.
Well the surgeon was super helpful he provided me with all the information about the process, precautions and advice to keep after the implant and during recovery.
The service was quite luxurious where I had my own VIP transportation, the room was in 5* hotel and with gorgeous view and great welcoming medical crew.

“One of reasons that I choose Clinic Expert is their transparency and well detailed information. From the first call the agent was clear about the process, the package and the operation itself. Yet the diagnosis was based on pictures but he asked direct questions to understand more the case and deliver it to the doctor.
When I arrived in Turkey, the driver was waiting to take me for the pre-consultation with the doctor. At the hospital, Everyone respected the sanitary measurement and kept my safety as their first priority. During the consultation, the doctor took my concerns in order to provide me with the perfect solution, as I wasn't happy with the shape of my nose especially when I smiled and also the tip was big and incoherent. He explained me the operation and provided me helpful advice to prepare for it.
The day of the operation I was afraid and nervous Yet the medical crew were cheerful enough to make me feel at ease. The surgery took 4 hours and I woke up in the recovery room. The nurse was standing beside me, checking up on my health and preparing me to see my face with the bandages. At first I was shocked cause my face was swallowing a little bit then the doctor made me feel normal as it's part of the process.
I stayed in the hotel for 5 days to recover and I was actually amazed how they kept on checking on my health and progress. I really appreciate that.
Coming to the revealing day, I was stressed and excited at the same time to see the final look. And here it is my new nose, yet still swallowing a little but it really changed me. I was very happy at that point cause the operation really succeeded and I got the results that I wanted.
