“I arived on the 10/08/2020 we was taken to the hotel. No problems. I was told to be up at 6:30am to be collected for my operation. I was outside waiting for the driver.. he did not turn up I was waiting for 3 hours. I couldn’t not eat or drink water for 6 hours previous.. I contacted clinic expert many times in the 3 hours I was waiting no one got back to me.
When I finally spoke to them at around 9:30 they said the driver has crashed and that I will be doing my surgery tomorrow.
I spoke to my representative from clinic expert her name is SAIYORA.
She said to me my operation is at 11:30 today not tomorrow and the driver did not crash they just got the times mixed up.
The first lie!
When I got picked up at 11:30 I went to MEDICAL PARK hospital.
The surgeon came and took me to my room explained everything to me and what they was going to do.
When I spoke to SAIYORA in England she said that skin tightening is included in liposuction. It was not and they would not do it we negotiated.
They said the surgery would take 4-5 hours
I was taken down to the room to be put to sleep.
I had been in surgery for 8 HOURS a massive tole this must if took on my body.
My partner kept pressing the button to call the nurses and they kept turning it off she had to physically go out and find the nurses and make them come to the room.
I was I’m serious pain and they would not give me any strong painkillers all they would give me is 500mg of paracetamol.
They took 9 LITRES of fat from me which Iv read is very excessive and dangerous.
I had a tummy tuck 2 herneas repaired and full body lipo.
I was in shock for the first 12 hours very very ill. Shaking uncontrollably
After the first 24 hours was over I started to level out the pain was getting worst but every cry was falling on deaf ears.. please understand I’m a 27 year old rugby player covered in tattoos pain has never been a problem for me this pain was something else this pain was excruciating and it was constant. I had no energy I just laid on my back falling in and out of consciousness.
After 24 hours the surgeon came he gave me a opioid This helped massively and I could still feel the pain but it was manageable.
He left
After 8 hours I was in excruciating pain again.. I called for the nurses Instead they gave me paracetamol. They refused to give me anything stronger. I asked so many times to see a doctor or the surgeon. Please understand no one at this hospital spoke English we could not communicate with each other only on a translater app
There so no doctor on the ward on nurses and they was not aloud to prescribe anything.
I contacted SAIYORA and she said I was being sensitive. She said that the pain was normal and that I was sensitive.. please put yourself in my situation.. I’m in a foreign country Iv just had a big operation I’m in so much pain and all I need was some pain killers and some reassurance.. none of this was given to me they made me feel like I was a burden on them.
The next day I saw the surgeon he said to give me some pain relief and try to walk around.
I did not receive any painkillers only paracetamol.
I fought against the pain and I started to try and walk around.. I just wanted to get better as quick as possible so I get trying to walk.
When I got in the corridor I started to see other people and I met some Irish people.. they had 2 girls having liposuction.. one of the girls I had heard her screaming for the doctor.. my partner spoke to her partner.. and told us that the doctor would not come and he had to go and find someone who spoke English he want walking around the hospital and found someone who spoke English.. The doctor examined her and said she need a blood transfusion right away.. over the course of her stay she had 2 blood transfusions.
The screaming on the ward was really disturbing.
They made me leave the hospital and go back to the hotel when I was in agony no doctor saw me they only gave me paracetamol and I found out that the antibiotic they gave me was a sister drug to penicillin which I am allergic to and it was making me really ill.
When it was time to fly I was in serious pain but i just needed to get home I was barely with it were I was in so much pain.
I was dizzy I felt sick it was serious and when we landed I couldn’t move.
The ambulance had to get me and take me straight to hospital
When I was seen by a doctor they gave me oramorph and I was scanned.. I had a massive infection in my stomach from the surgery and the infection was life threatening I had gas bubbles forming in my flesh.
I was in hospital for 5 days. The doctors said I am l Am Lucky to be alive.
I have videos of other patients screaming and all my documents from hospital to prove everything I have said. Please contact me if you want to see them.
I contacted clinic expert many times they do not care. They are a disgusting company they left me for dead in a hotel room. So much more happened but I only have so many words.

There was some pain involved during and little after the hair transplant operation, but that is totally understandable as your scalp gets punctured thousands of times...
but everything is manageable with a painkiller tablet once needed
the procedure was tiring and long "almost 9 hours"
but it is worth it after you start noticing actual results and hair growth progress
they did a great job medically and on service level”

“Hi I’m Pete from Devon in the UK and I had my hair transplant surgery October 29th 2018 and this what it was like. When I was looking into having it done abroad it was quite daunting, the thought of going to a place that I didn’t know the language made me quite apprehensive and the fact that it was all arranged over WhatsApp raised questions in my mind to how legitimate the service would be. Now looking back, it’s quite cool how chilled the clinic were about it, and with good reason as they do a lot of these procedures each week, I booked it with Thuraya on the Thursday and had the operation on the Monday! I was sent a reference number that someone was going to be holding up when I left the airport in Istanbul which they were and I was taken to my hotel and checked in hassel free. When I got to the hospital someone met me as I was getting dropped off by the pre arranged transport and took me to the clinic floor, they explained the operation to me and after care products before the op. The operation I will honestly say wasn’t a pain free experience, It was bareable but I could definitely feel it, probably the same pain level as a tattoo. The following days there were quite uncomfortable as you would expect really from having that surgery, it was sore but mine maybe worse than most people’s as I opted not to take any painkillers for personal reasons, I had a rest day after the operation then they arranged me to go back in a couple more times for final check ups and to recieve the after care products and instructions before flying home. It took about 2 weeks after arriving home for it heal and for it to be comfortable sleeping with the pressure on the back of my head. I think the experience I had was great really, everything ran smoothly, they arranged everything to be done efficiently and when I asked to have antibiotics IV rather than take the tablets post op because of my weak stomach they sorted that for me too. It cost about £3000 with a Years after care, and I’m now 3 months on from the operation and my hair already has given me so much more confidence! In England you could triple that figure probably! You have to be realistic, surgery is going to be sore afterwards for a while but I can honestly say I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, even after I was home for a month and a half I got the occasional message to see how it was going and when I had questions i just asked Thuraya over WhatsApp and as always she was very friendly and answered them all for me. Great friendly service at a great price too. 😆”

Before my hairvtransplant operation i lost my self-cobfidence cause at a young age i was bald , i was desperate...and then i started to look in the internet i crossed many but clinicexpert just the name attracted me , and truelly all the members were professionals starting from the driver to the doctor , everybody was kind and helpfull.
