“First of all this place doesn't even deserve 1 star! My mother went to get a tummy tuck and some excess fat tissue removed from under her arms. She got put in a hotel 2 days after the surgery and she was extremely weak. She then got her flight a few days later and collapsed when she got home. The doctors said in Ireland she was lucky she didn't die she has lost so much blood during the surgery. If you regard you're life keep well away from this clinic! I went to this clinic for a hair transplant this clinic asked me for 23,965 tl which is 1,300 usd on 24.09.2022. I spoke with a Turkish patient at the reception who had just had a transplant & I asked him how much you paid, he replied 8,500 tl which is 461 usd. I spoke with two French couples, the clinic had asked for 750 euros for transplant. The French couples had come to do this too, the clinic asks them 8,000 euros for dentels. Don't be fooled by these scammers. I do not recommend this clinic. In Kadıköy there is a dentist who makes very favorable prices Dr. Halil DAYIOGLU, Muhurdar cad. No:20, Kadıköy / Istanbul, tel +90 554 625 80 80. I went to Estethica to have my hair transplant done for 10,000 tl which is 542 usd. I am very happy with the result. All my teeth were shaved down too much.
Six of my bottom teeth had to be permanently bonded to each other for support.
All of my crowns had to be replaced.
I still have terrible jaw pain because of the terrible service.
Crown was so bulky and oversized that I was unable to speak properly. Also, crowns were not properly set into my gums, resulting in food being stuck.
Even after all crowns replacements, it’s been 3 months and I still have sensitivity to hot and cold food.
By putting this negative comments on Facebook won’t in any way fix my teeth that were destroyed by this clinic. I am in constant pain since November 2021, even after getting all the crown replaced, 5 root canals from another excellent clinic in Antalya, Turkey. There was so much they can help.
My only hope left is God now and I pray that he show a miracle and heal the damages. I only want to help people make them aware of this money making clinic, run by unprofessional teens.

“DO NOT GO AND GET CROWNS DONE HERE
I came to clinic expert for minimal prep veneers however I was convinced into getting crowns which I was not mentally prepared for. I was in my early 20’s and therefore, I was made to believe that this was the best procedure for me. My bottom teeth had a little overcrowding and I had 2 front teeth sticking out. During the consultantion, I was not shown an example of what the crowns would look like, there is no example of how the shape of your teeth would change with the crowns and you are expected to know what you are getting into. I went to the dentist with the intention of getting their expertise however after doing further research I believe I should have been stopped and forced to do Invisalign for my best interest. We went ahead with the procedure and shaving the teeth down was quite traumatic and hard to get your head around and on top there is no reassurance but an expectation that you knew what you was getting into. I am very sensitive and have a low pain tolerance and when it came to the cementing of my teeth, Dr Alper Muhammed couldn’t handle my reflex’s from the sensitivity and pain and therefore, got up threw his gloves on the floor and raised his voice saying he’s had enough of me and he found another dentist. He on top told them to not do my fillings out of spite which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had changed the colour of my crowns a few times in which they said they had enough and won’t be willing to do it again because I’m taking up too much of their time (which was mentioned in many instances). Dr Neli is amazing and very patient with people like myself however, I wish I was able to physically see what I was getting into beforehand. They guarantee that there will be no health effects on your teeth however, after doing thorough research, crowns are only made for broken/decayed/teeth with issues which wasn’t the case for me. I wish I was stopped on their behalf if they didn’t believe my teeth was made for veneers and the treatment from certain dentists is appalling. On top, every time you go to your appointment, they make you wait a good hour or two. Once they even picked me up at the wrong time so I waited 3 hours at the dentist for my appointment. My two stars are only for Dr Neil’s patience and the assistants.
As for general advice with crowns, do not get them done unless your teeth are extremely unhealthy and there is no other option. It’s not worth shaving your original teeth down in order to get a decent smile that looks thick and fake anyway.”

“I booked for rhinoplasty with them they sent me many links of different surgeons one of which is Dr Azer they attract their customers with him. Fast forward I booked him and they took a deposit of £500 off me to secure my slot. In December just a month before my surgery I did some research and decided to message one of their previous customers about their surgery after seeing the comment they left under the surgeons post. Through speaking to the poor girl I was told that the ‘5* hotel that she PAYED for was actually a LIE and when she arrived they put her in ‘ibis budget’ which she was not even told. When she messaged her assistant about this he said there’s been an ‘issue’ and she will jus have to stay there for now. She asked for her refund for staying in a shabby and cheap hotel or even a fraction and they denied her saying it was out their control. That was bad enough but THE REAL PROBLEM was when she was SWITCHED last minute and her rhinoplasty surgery was performed by A DIFFERENT surgeon and they transformed her face. I seen before and afters and was horrified. I then messaged the assistant and told him that I was ONLY booking for that specific doctor (dr azer) and if that will not be happening I would rather be told that now than later. He then proceeded to tell me that the surgeon is actually leaving the clinic so he won’t be performing surgery on me and someone else will. I was appalled by the fact that I had to ASK about my surgeon and this information is only being given to me a month before my surgery. Just imagine being excited for months and last minute your surgeon has been swapped and a HAIR TRANSPLANT specialist will be doing RHINOPLASTY. Yeah no. Anyways I told the assistant that I won’t be doing that I only agreed to that specific surgeon and i would like my refund. He agreed to a refund and said and I quote ‘there is no point us keeping your money now you will get a refund’
After a couple days he told me they will process it and I will receive my refund within 10 days. It’s now been more than 10 days and I continue to message the assistant and he keeps saying it will ‘take time’ and he’s ‘unsure’ and all this stuff but I haven’t gotten my money back. Absolute scammers don’t go to this company. I can’t express this enough your face will either get botched or they will refuse to refund you money.”
