“Despite very clear instructions to the house in the app and over the phone the driver was 20 mins late arriving which meant my daughter was late for her club. This was all that was wrong - he remained polite throughout and kind to her - but was very frustrating.”

“For most of the journey, he was talking loudly & crossly to another person in a foreign language. He drove with only one hand on the steering wheel. On arrival he a suddenly opened the passenger door-a handbag fell out & into a puddle! Lacking in any manners!”
