“Pre-booked a meet and greet at the airport for our return journey which they charge extra for. However driver turns up and phones me while I’m in baggage reclaim to say he is waiting in the pick-up area. I told him I’d paid in advance for meet and greet he told me I hadn’t. After some arguing he did eventually agree to meet us in the terminal building and then continued to argue saying we hadn’t paid for meet and greet and we’d have to pay extra which I totally refused to do. In the taxi I spoke to whom I was told was the owner on the telephone after opening my bank statement on my phone which clearly showed I had paid the correct money however, the man on the end of the phone was shouting at me, was very rude and didn’t want to listen to me and said my bank had defrauded his company because they hadn’t paid him all the money I’d paid on my debit card. It really isn’t a good feeling to know that a company is trying to con you and really not what you need when you have had a long flight! I will not be using this company again and I will be telling my family and friends of my experience.”

“I cannot even describe how angry and upset I am about what happened to my elderly Mother when she used this taxi firm today. She was in the process of getting into the vehicle when the driver suddenly drove off with the back passenger door wide open and her hanging out of the taxi desperately clinging on to the inside of the car. Luckily he stopped before driving too far but the distress this has caused my Mum who has severe arthritis is considerable and whilst the driver apologised profusely, my Mum could have been seriously injured or killed. There are some serious safety issues that need to be looked into. Unbelievably, the driver then charged her the full fare!”

“I utilized them multiple times more than two months and was not disappointed. The drivers were dependable, the vehicles new and comfortable, and the vehicle seat was superior to the one we have at home!”

“Do not use this company! I arrived at Gatwick late on a Sunday eve and there were no instructions on where to meet the car. After 1/2 he I found he was waiting at the “drop off” point but had a flat tyre and no replacement car was organised. Was hung up on several times. Left stranded at Gatwick at midnight. No ownership. No customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!!!”

“Yet again blocking the high street by parking on double yellow lines outside the clock tower and cutting lanes down from 3 to 2. Driver nowhere in sight despite constant horns for them to move. Total disregard for other drivers (and the Highway Code!!!). What other Driving rules do they break??!!??”

“Have been using Clocktower for years as they have reasonable prices, no so much of a service. Few days ago I was absolutely impressed by a driver called Victor. Driver on time, driver with manners. Finally. Very polite, asked me if the temperature in the car and the music are alright. Pleasant conversation, clean car, intelligent chap. Will ask for him if possible next time when book.”

“Zahid is a very good driver, he’s so helpful he assists me with my disabled client. He such a nice and good driver. I wish to have him drive me anytime I book a cab .drivers like him will make ur company grow bigger.”

“Would have given this negative stars if I could. I decided to book taxi on Saturday at 6:30pm. Calling them to check where the car is, they kept saying 15 minutes. An hour later I called again and they said the car hasn’t even left yet. I decided to get in another taxi and he even said “they are a scam don’t ever trust Clocktower”. I called again to discuss a refund and was told to “shut up” and this man laughed. I have never been so angry - don’t trust this company EVER. not even worth the “cheaper prices” as they never ever come anyways. Disgusting behaviour. So shameful and should be closed down immediately.”

“3rd time I tried to book. 1st time driver called 20 mins late to say he was late. CANCELLED 2nd time got a text 10 mins late, driver broke down. Really? CANCELLED 3rd time driver called 15 mins after pick up time to say he will be another 20 mins. CANCELLED The worst taxi company ever! 1 star is too generous. You have been warned”

“Had a decent experience both ways. The car was nice. We were traveling with a baby and toddler so 2 car seats traveling installed were spotless, clean, and fairly new. UK traffic was insane terrible (took 2 hrs to get from airport to inn) but the driver was quiet and pleasant. Trip back to the airport a calm 35min. I'd use them again.”

“We used this company multiple times for transfers to and from the airport in the UK. At each request, even late, we received a speedy response from the manager for the arrangement of a vehicle with a driver. The trip is done in astounding conditions with a driver who welcomes you with freshwater bottles and takes you to a location near the exit, where you wait for him to join a couple of moments later with a comfortable vehicle.”

“Clock Tower Cars is the best transport company in the UK. Too great and in every case extra helpful and the drivers speak great English and are truly pleasant and drive safely. Extra good if you have children.”

“This is our first trip that uses Clock Tower Cars services, we used 2 round trips transfer both international and domestic flights. Each and everyone went easily, the drivers were proficient, helpful, and on time. We will definitely use their services again in the future.”

“I really would like to commend Clock Tower Cars and their driver for being extremely proficient and efficient in their service. The car was spotless and fit as a fiddle. They offer you filtered water on arrival and flight. They talk better than expected English. I strongly recommend them to everyone who will visit the UK requiring transportation services.”

“Phenomenal service at truly an abrupt announcement on my part. We were showing up in the UK under 24 hours after I web-chatted to an agent. Email confirmations were sent. A delegate was sitting waiting for us at the luggage claim and took us to our driver. He stacked our luggage and off we went and were dropped just external the reception of our hotel. The return journey was the same.”
