Over charged. Booked a taxi for 11.30, they arrived at 10.30. Then charged me twice for the journey as I said I could not leave before 11.30. I have made this journey many times before, prices have not changed that much!

I booked four different cab journeys with this company in one week, two of which were unacceptably late. No hint of an apology. Sad to say that totally unreliable and no apology. Would love to use and support a local business, but no chance with this level of poor service.

Absolutely annoyed and pathetic Please include the drivers mobile contact number!!! I was trying to call the diver but he didn’t as only contacting me via a land line number 🙄 A very bad experience!! I regularly use your service but rarely on airport runs and possibly never again

For most of the journey, he was talking loudly & crossly to another person in a foreign language. He drove with only one hand on the steering wheel. On arrival he a suddenly opened the passenger door-a handbag fell out & into a puddle! Lacking in any manners!

Yet again late. This time he thought the booking was half past. My txt from you says 20 past so the operator booked it correctly. 3 out of 4 journeys you’ve been late. Not acceptable at all.

Prompt. Otherwise drove too fast, radio blaring to a football game, dropped me not where I wanted to be dropped. By far the worst Clocktower driver. Others are very good, but not this one

Disgusting service plus Bad management ( Epsom branch). Although my booking was confirmed by many messages from them, guess what their driver called me to cancel my booking 3 hours only before arrival so I was left with my mum who’s on wheelchair don’t know what to do 😡 please Avoid Avoid Avoid 👎

am only giving this company one star as I can't select none!! We pre booked a taxi ( a month in advance) for a return trip NYE. I was sent an email with a job number & price, it was so reasonable that I emailed confirming it was correct, I had 3 replies assuring me it was. We were picked up roughly on time but when we arrived at the venue we were charged an extra £20 for one way, I phoned the company whilst still in the taxi after a minor disagreement we decided to split the difference & paid an extra £10. I was then assured 3 times that the price would still be the same home for a 2.15 am pick up. At 02.06 I was called to say the taxi was waiting at 02.08 I had a text saying it had been cancelled 😡. We were left stranded In the middle of Fulham on NYE without a taxi home. Then they had the audacity to tell to wait 2 hours & they would get a taxi to me for over £30 extra to the quote. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE 😡 no wonder uber is taking over the world.

Absolute shambles of a company. Pre booked a cab to go to the station to catch a train. They called when the cab was due, to advise it was 3 minutes away. 10 minutes later I rang, to be told it was 5 minutes away. The tracking link they messaged over did not work. Another 10 minutes, another call, and then they 'could not contact the driver'. After a total of 1/2 hr over time, they rang to say it would be another 12 minutes. I cancelled at that point as I had missed my train and my appointment. Basically they lie through their teeth continuously. They did not have any cab booked and simply phoned around when the cab was actually due, to see if there happened to be a driver free. Use at your risk if you fancy a lucky dip as to whether any cab turns up. Do not use if you actually need to get somewhere.

Awful don’t use. Prebooked taxis but one didn’t turn up and told they had no car available for the return. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes when trying to chase. Spoilt evening. Not sure why they take bookings they are not going to fulfil. Avoid like the plague!!!

Would never use again, booked a cab eventually turned up 40 minutes late. Repeatedly rang for updates and never got an answer. Driver turned up and set off in completely wrong direction assuring me it was the quickest way and I ended up being an hour late for my appointment. Pathetic company

Avoid!! Like other recent customers I can’t say enough how unreliable this company is and how poor their customer service is. Do not use them! I pre-booked a taxi to bring me and my 4-year-old home from the train station after a long day in London. 15 minutes from our expected pick up time I receive a call from the dispatcher to say they have no cars available - ludicrous considering I pre-booked this car with absolutely no issues for a pick up at 11:10pm. The dispatchers argument was that I could just get one from the rank, which yes is possible but knowing that the train is always very busy and there is always a long queue I wanted to make sure I could get my by now totally asleep child safely home. This company have absolutely no interest in customer care, their own company image or in making sure they provide a good service - no doubt my taxi was fielded out for a bigger fare, leaving me and my child waiting out in the queue at the taxi rank, late at night. Don’t use this firm, they will only cause you stress and are not worth it at all. Booking Reference: 3641284

Absolutely dreadful start to my holiday. Driver came late was extremely rude. My payment on line would not go through although I approved it and this made the driver more angry. An appalling experience.

Dreadful. Cancel cabs at last minute. 2 children in tow -2mile walk home. Long term customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pre-booked an airport pick-up over a week in advance. Got a call from the taxi company while we were collecting our luggage from baggage reclaim to say that there was no driver available for a car seat for our baby (which we had specifically requested when booking). We were then told that there were no other cars available with a car seat, so we were left stranded at Gatwick, with a baby and no taxi home, which was not what was needed! Totally unreliable service - we will not be using them again!
