“Customer service is top notch. Shipping was fast and Hydrology9 was beautifully packaged. I bought this vaporizer for the water filtration and convection oven. It is a smooth, clean vape with decent flavor. When I had an issue, customer service took care of it immediately.”

“Straight forward, easy to order, got a 10% discount. However I got a voucher for the free leather bag on my email once I'd already purchased the product. Wish there was a way I could have used that but all in all. Am pretty happy.”

“My first one was great at first but it started to have some airflow issues after a few months, it eventually got unbearable so I reached out to support and wish i did weeks earlier, they were incredibly helpful! They assured me it was a problem with the device and that I would have a new one shipped out to me asap it'll be here tomorrow and I'm beyond thrilled to have a functional one again.”

“I have never had a better vaping experience than when I use my Hydrology9 vaporizer. I vape every evening to manage my chronic, unrelenting pain caused by a handful of autoimmune disorders, and the hit is always so smooth and potent. I have never achieved the same benefits with any other vape or pen. I also want to commend Cloudious 9 as a whole; their customer service is unparalleled. My vaporizer began chipping slightly on the glass cylinder and all I had to do was contact them, explain the situation via email, send them a few specs and they happily replaced the affected components. It was extremely painless, and they were very friendly. I really can't say enough good things about this company and their exceptional product.”

“It works great. Just like you intended. Pure taste! Much milder, but just as effective as smoking. Easy on the lungs. Just one problem. The metal in the screwdriver is way too soft. The small perforated plate won't budge with the screw driver. the tip just bends, I've got to find a thin bit screw driver that is strong enough to remove the small round plate. Any suggestions?”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review! This can happen, especially with residue adding to the resistance on the vapor passage cover. The best thing we can really advise is to have a stronger screwdriver on hand, if possible. The opposite end of the screwdriver tool should still be able to effectively clear the heating chamber of residue. Please let me know if this was helpful, thanks!

“Got my order in 9 days on the other side of the planet. The vaporizer looks solid and very high quality. It turned out to be easy to use and worked perfectly on the first try. The glass tube unfortunately was broken during shipment but they sent me another one the moment i contacted support about it. Thankfully i bought the bundle and had acrylic one to spare which is just as good. Overall 10/10 for delivery speed, quality and service.”
