“Products taste quite different to the other performance nutrition companies, which makes a nice change if you shop from more than one of these. Flapjacks are tasty and have the added benefit of being low in sugar. Protein bars are much more chewy than the other companies, which makes for a nice change, as well as stopping you from eating them too quickly! Only complaint (hence the 4 stars) was the packaging, which was broken because of a single piece of 'fragile' tape securing the box. No surprise that this broke, which is usually not a big deal, but when you're ordering the 'Informed Sport' products, it's a little disconcerting. Also, please get some good delivery guys. Three people in the house expecting a package, door bell works and yet the delivery guy gave the package to the nearest available neighbour (and I didn't specify this was OK in the delivery instructions). Not good on that front.”

“The box my order arrived in was not sealed correctly with tape. Luckily nothing was missing or tampered with. The products all taste good and have had no side effects this far. I'll write another review in a few months if needed.”

“Tried to get CNP supplements from other suppliers but they kept running out of stock or had flavours I did not like so I thought i would try CNP direct and could not believe how much I saved compared to the prices other companies wanted!”

“The delivery time was outstanding, I ordered in the evening and by lunchtime the following day it had arrived! I have been a fan of CNP for sometime now and the reduced price for the sale items is too good to miss. It all tasted great! The only criticism is slight, and that is that the protein bars are rather hard to eat... But it is not a supplement for on the bike/run anyway so it isn't too much of a problem. “I ordered 2 cases of flapjacks and it took 8 working days to arrive. I messaged them on Twitter and they responded straight away explaining that the warehouse was being refurbished and that they would be on there way. Great value for money and the best on the market as I used to work for them and make there products. Overall I am happy with the service and the great taste and value of the flapjacks. Than you very much”

“Great products, they taste better than most out there and do the job. I have to say though that speed of delivery is poor. If you are in a hurry order CNP from somewhere else. Half the order arrived after about 2 weeks, then the rest arrived a week after that, the auto updates on the order were poor. I always use CNP products they work for me, but below average delivery.”

“Order placed on May 21st, had to call on the following Tuesday and was told it had been picked and would be shipped the next day. It never got shipped until the Thursday. Rather a long time between placing an order and actually being shipped.”
