“I still haven't received my order or even had confirmation that it despatched, it was placed 13 working days ago. I called you two days ago and you said it would arrive today, it hasn't. This is a bit of a shambles...”

“I ordered 2 boxes of protein bars online which never arrived. I have contacted CNP twice via their customer service email address, not only has the issue not been resolved they have not even had the courtesy to reply to my emails! As a long time user of CNP products I shall be taking my future custom to another brand. Not happy at all!”

“It's not the products as I love them it's the fact I ordered the products on Sunday and not heard a thing since and now it's Wednesday night and no sign of them or an email letting me know when I will be getting them. If you provided an option to even pay extra for next day delivery I would have taken it as I need the products quickly”

“Okay, so this rating is more for the customer service and experience with CNP rather than the products. Firstly there is false advertising as on the webpage it clearly states 'any orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the following day'. This is a complete lie as it has now been 5 working days and I haven't revieved any goods. The assistants on the phone are of no help and have a really poor tone of voice during calls with no care for customers. Tomorrow will be the 6th working day which completely proves their 3-5 working days delivery to be false too.”

“Great products, but took nearly 2 weeks for delivery. Just a shame really on such good products. Makes you want to look at competitors with having to wait so long”

“I haven't received my order yet!! I paid £3.00 and if you'd posted it 2nd class if have it by now. Where is my order? You've not even confirmed its been dispatched! Terrible service and it looks like I'll need to go elsewhere in future. I have now run out of supplies!”

“Ordered Wednesday. Rang up Friday and was told it takes 3-5 days just to send it which is just disappointing. I was hoping to take advantage of your summer sale but this simply isn't good enough. I also never got a call back when u rang up.”

“I have been asked to write a review but still haven't received my delivery. Ordered on Wednesday now Saturday, emailed customer service but no reply. I will have to chase the delivery again on Monday”

“As of yet I havent recieved my delivery or an email stating it has been passed to your carriers, despite placing this order on Tuesday morning at 7:30am, and we are now on Friday! Bad idea to ask forna review when you havent even delivered my products!”
