Got someone else's order two weeks later still waiting for my order not good but the product is very good when it turns up ?

Website will not allow me to login (did not ask to create password on registration and lost password link sends mail saying my password is "my password"). Have mailed them for help with no reply. Order placed May 12 for in stock item and nothing received. Such exceptionally poor service that it makes me wonder whether a scam site.

Damaged goods again!! Second time I have to transfer contents into another container. And hope I don't choke on the plastic that was broken off.where can I send a picture??

ordered nearly a month ago only part order arrived. so i rang up to enquire and was told i would be rung back asap with an update. STILL WAITING A WEEK LATER.

Not happy at all bought 4 cases for protein shakes pre mixed and recieved them no problem but only had 1 day before best before date , wasn't advertised as almost out of date for reason for being on special purchase. This should be advertised when purchasing these goods as they are know good to anyone out of date !!

Pretty unprofessional to ask for a review BEFORE the purchase has been delivered. Seen as how I've been billed, been asked to review the service, yet haven't received any goods my review reflects this.

Ordered two items. Received one after a delay, which I had an email about, apparently some problem with the ordering system. Never received the second item as the order was cancelled. The only way I knew about the cancellation was that the money was refunded to my bank account. No communication at all. Very poor. I'll be buying my products elsewhere in future.

Send me food products that where all short dated to nearly being out of date (Best before) and also products was missing from my order. Emailed them 7 times (yes seven) and had no response.

Got my order mixed up with someone else's, then emailed to say some of the items I'd bought weren't even available but didn't reply to my email about the switched orders. Still not resolved two weeks later. Communications sporadic and confusing and service poor

Ordered bars and gels and they sent the gels and refunded for the bars as they were out of stock in all flavour apparently. Not great for a manufacturer.

Terrible service as always! order cancelled yet again and no mention of it to me until i call a week later to see where my products are! will never use this company again after spending stupid money with them and never being satisfied with the poor way they they treat clients! customer care is terrible! products are nice! service is bad!

Delivery took nearly two weeks and given no real reason why. First time using the company as had good reviews but I wasn't impressed.

Let me order and pay for the product, was expecting delivery today as was a gift, to then get an email saying the product was out of stock, and will give me refund, why let me order and pay for the product if it's out of stock! When I ordered it said they were in stock!!

The products are fine. The customer service is appalling. I've telephoned, left my number as requested and was not called back - this was for a querie regarding use by dates for sale items. Ordered anyway. One particular item, a box of 30 porridge sachets only had 27 days left. Along with another item substituted for a product I didn't want. So I emailed, as of 7th Dec it's been 2.5 weeks, 3 polite emails, no reply. It's not the way a professional company should be doing business.

I would love to write a review but was told that they would not deliver to the Isle of Man - even though the postage would be the same. I'm sure the products are fine though.

Orded two 1 kg pro whey protein, only to find out by email a FEW DAYS later it was out of stock. I was appalled by this email, as I think a large supplements company such as CNP should have the IT operatives to keep warehouse stock levels inline with website stock levels. The stock levels between the website and warehouse should not be a few days out of sink.

web order Tue 02/06 @ 23:20 , promised dispatch within 24 hours , delivery 3-5 working days except order status has not changed and these would not have been dispatched if I hadn't rung twice today to customer services who also didn't bother to call me back as promised , explained as system error / lots of orders got stuck !! Does anybody monitor this - unprofessional. Exactly the same price as high st even with 20 energy bars ordered, even with introductory discount out-of-pocket and inconvenienced
